    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately clean up foul of dishes while allowing the feeding of a treating agent at a specified timing with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A container-shaped detergent feeding part is arranged above a washing tank. A detergent is housed in the detergent feeding part and when washing water enters from above, the detergent housed spills out to be fed into the washing tank. At this point, when a prewashing operation course is selected, a control circuit operates a washing pump to inject washing water into a washing tank. In this operation, the control circuit operates the washing pump at a lower speed (2,000 rpm) in the number of revolutions than that in the washing process so that the injection force of the washing water from an injection arm is made so weak as to prevent the washing water from infiltrating into the detergent housing part. In the washing process, the washing pump is operated at the normal number of revolutions (3,000 rpm) to allow the entry of a large amount of the washing water into the detergent housing part, thereby feeding the detergent into the washing tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the intrinsic water saving effect and to enhance dehydration efficiency by providing the peripheral wall section of a tank with plural recessed grooves extending from the lower part to a dehydration hole section and forming these recessed grooves in such a manner that the recessed grooves incline upwardly on a rear side with respect to the rotating direction of the tank and the inclination thereof is made gentle nearer the lower part. SOLUTION: The tank 5 of the fully automatic washing machine is constituted by connecting a barrel section 5a constituting a peripheral wall section formed from a metallic plate to a cylindrical shape and a deep tray-shaped bottom section 5b formed of a synthetic resin to form a substantially poreless tank body excluding a drain port 7 of the bottom section 5a except a multiplicity of dehydration holes 6 formed to a horizontal one row only in the upper part of the barrel section 5a. Plural lines of the recessed grooves 8 extending to an inclined form from the lower part to the upper part are formed by press molding in the barrel section 5a in the peripheral wall section of the tank 5. More particularly the hollow grooves 8 chiefly consist of main groove sections 8a inclining upwardly on the rear side with respect to the arrow R direction (counterclockwise direction) of the dehydration rotating direction and include lower groove sections 8b which make the angle of inclination of the lower part gentler and upper groove sections 8c which include the hydration holes 6 of the upper part and extend approximately perpendicularly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a detection of the degree of contamination of washing water for controlling the function of removing dirts by varying the emission force of washing water as an emitter in accordance with the degree of contamination of washing water detected. SOLUTION: Washing strength, that is the emission force of washing water from a spray nozzle arm 9 is varied in accordance with the degree of contamination detected. Therefore, when the degree of contamination of washing water is low, dirts have not been removed yet from dishes and therefore washing water is not contaminated, so, by increasing the emission force of washing water from the spray nozzle arm 9, dishes can be washed strongly. Conversely, when the degree of contamination of washing water is high, dirts have already been removed from dishes, and washing water is contaminated. Therefore, by reducing the emission force of washing water from the spray nozzle arm 9 a weaker washing force is used for washing, thereby reducing the washing water noise from the spray nozzle arm 9 hitting dishes or the inwall of the washing chamber 3 for low noise operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve washing capacity and to prevent damage to laundry caused by rubbing between the laundry and a pulsator. SOLUTION: The pulsator arranged on the bottom inside a washing tub is driven and rotated by a motor 24 arranged on the bottom outside a water tub through a washing shaft so as to wash the laundry. The pulsator 9 comprises a disc-like body 35 and vane ridges 34 formed on the surface of the body 35 so as to radially project from the center, both of which are made of resin material. The pulsator 9 is provided with grip parts 43 formed on the surface by using a different material having high frictional force than that of the resin material so as to catch the laundry better when the laundry contacts them, and to effectively transfer rotation of the pulsator 9 to the laundry.
