The locking releasing device 16 has a pushbutton 9 provided in the position of a housing which permits an external operation, a button spring 20 provided in the pushbutton 9, a displacement transmitting member 19 which can be displaced in a prescribed direction through the button spring 20 by the operation of the pushbutton 9 and the door locking mechanism 15 which performs a locking releasing action, interlocking with the displacement transmitting member 19. The door locking mechanism 15 has a locking spring 18 which is urged in a door locking direction and returns the pushbutton 9 to the original position through the displacement transmitting member 19, receiving the urging action.
