SOLUTION: The apparatus for detecting interaction includes: a voice reception section 103 which receives a user ID identifying a user, a voice acquired by a terminal 200 and a speech period of the voice from the terminal 200; a proximity determination section 104 which calculates a correlation value showing correlation between voices received from a plurality of terminals and compares it with a first threshold and then determines that the plurality of terminals 200 having received voices whose correlation value are calculated are in proximity when the correlation value is larger than the first threshold; and an interaction detecting section 105 which determines whether the relationship between speech periods received from a plurality of terminals 200 determined to be in proximity in an arbitrary target period for detecting interaction conforms to a predetermined rule, and detects interaction information including the target period when it is determined to conform to the rule and including the user IDs received from the plurality of terminals 200 determined to be in proximity.
