    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-facility movement estimation device that estimates user's movement route between facilities at a high precision.SOLUTION: A position information about a plurality of facilities and a movement map which stores travel time between facilities are generated, for positioning the position information at the time when a user starts moving. A plurality of movement route candidates from a closest facility of the position information and a movement candidates list for storing the probability of them are generated, to estimate movement status of the user. For each change of movement status, a plurality of movement route candidates that are moving now are estimated among the movement candidates list, according to a movement status of user as well as the closest facility. With the probability of the movement route candidates being changed, if the possibility of one movement route candidate is higher than that of other movement route candidate, that movement route candidate is assumed to be the one where the user is moving.
