    • PURPOSE:To intend identification of abnormality of plan equipments and observation apparatuses by representing the dynamic performance model of main plant system in the form of a block diagram with correspondence to actual observation signals, and by setting the calculation order and obtaining differences between a plurality of prediction models and the actual observation signals. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a system consisting of controllers, operating apparatuses, objects to be controlled and a group of detectors to detect conditions, is presumed. In the block diagram, operation can be done by following arrow marks in forward or reverse direction, and moreover information for judging whether observation of the output status value of each block is possible or not is also contained. By selecting a partial model being cut off from the block diagram and by determining calculation order of the block contained in the partial model, functions are called sequentially according to thus determined order, and calculation is carried out. Subsequently, a surveillance object signal for the whole system, is selected from observable signals, and moreover the partial model for predicting the serveillance object signal is searched. Then, calculation procedures of an initial value and a dynamic performance are decided, and finally abnormalities of both e1 and e2 are detected at a certain time decided by the model and therewith a detector G6 for common parts is judged to be abnormal from the constitution of both models.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically select a processing to an abnormality by estimating the cause of the abnormality and the current state, deciding a corresponding disposal and supporting the status decision of an operator. CONSTITUTION:Supervisory data obtained from a plant 1 is inputted to an alarm processor 10 and other supervisory device 20. This alarm processor 10 is constituted of an alarm table forming part 11, a knowledge base 12, an estimating part 13 and a display part 14. The alarm table forming part 11 forms the table for describing the state of the plant 1. The estimating part 13 reads the state of the plant from the alarm table forming part 11 retrieves the alarm generated by the use of the knowledge base 12, connects the repercussion path of the generated alarm in a tree form, processes for every abnormal vent, thereby, the cause alarm of the abnormality is measured for every abnormal event and the processing corresponding to the step of the abnormality is selected. The display part 14 displays the cause alarm of the abnormality and the processing corresponding to the step of the abnormality.

Moreover, a monitoring means 18 compares a monitoring criterion 17, generated by the monitoring criterion generation means 16, with the data after the plant renewal measured by the data measuring device 14, and monitors if there are any abnormalities in the data.

    • PURPOSE:To support the condition judgement of an operator by executing only a diagnostic means when a warning is not generated in the case that abnormality is detected, executing both the diagnostic means and a warning processing means when the warning is generated and displaying both results of these means. CONSTITUTION:When the warning is generated, as the output of a warning processing diagnostic part 4, a first generation warning and most important warning, which inquires most attention to the operator, are obtained. When data exist to be coincident with a reference pattern in a reference pattern data base 11, a cause why the first generation warning is generated or additional information to be obtained when the operator experienced such a condition in the past, for example, the name of the warning narrowed down out of the candidates of plural first generation warnings, etc., are obtained as referring data. When the warning is generated, a guide selection part 5 selects a countermeasure to the most important warning out of an operation guide data base 9 and when the event of the abnormality cause is cleared, an operation guide is selected to the event of which a number is designated in the reference pattern data base 11. Besides the operation guide, the detailed diagnostic result and a diagnostic reason are displayed by an output display part 6. Thus, the condition judgement of the operator can be supported.
