    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road traffic control system for reducing possibility to cause an accident due to certain traffic condition repeatedly.
      SOLUTION: Traveling state information on a vehicle traveling on the road or accident occurrence information is detected and collected. On the basis of the collected information or the preset shape of the road, information is provided for the traveling vehicle. When the accident occurrence information on the road is obtained, the traveling state information near an accident spot is comprehensively analyzed and a matter correlated with the accident is extracted as the cause of the accident. Also, the traveling state information collected during the input and results of analyzing the cause of the accident are classified and recorded to an accident situation recording means. The recorded content of the accident situation recording means is checked every prescribed cycle and, when an accident due to a similar cause is repeatedly recorded at more than a prescribed frequency, factors of the cause is analyzed and, on the basis of the cause, improvement for a traffic control facility, the shape of the road, or a traffic information detection facility are suggested.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temp. controller for a multi-zone type continuous heating furnace which can heat the whole slabs existing in plural heating zones so as to satisfy a demanded heating restriction and can put in the upper and the lower limit restricting range to a heating evaluating item even if a planned schedule is changed. SOLUTION: An optimum target temp. rising pattern and a furnace temp. capable of minimizing a fuel flow rate for every slab are calculated (means 11) and further, an effective coefficient of a heating evaluating item value to the fine variations of the furnace temp. and a zone staying time, is calculated (mean 12).
