CONSTITUTION: A ready-mixed concrete manufacturing apparatus is constituted of an aggregate mixer 12 stirring aggrigates, the cooling device 13 provided to the aggregate mixer and spraying a low temp. liquid or gas on the aggregates 3, 4 in the aggregate mixer 12 to cool the aggregates, a concrete mixer 11 kneading the cooled aggregates 3, 4 and other concrete constituting materials and an exhaust duct 28 discharging the gas or cooling air generated in the aggregate mixer 12 to the outside of the system and sending the same to a sand/gravel stocker or a concrete mixer. The spray nozzle 27 of the liquid or gas sent out of the cooling device is provided in the aggregate mixer 12 or the accumulation bed of the aggregates.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly performing cooling by spraying far away a cooling fluid and to prevent a spraying nozzle from being clogged by delivering under pressure a fluid for extrusion to the spraying nozzle when the cooling fluid is sprayed from a cooling device to a kneaded concrete constitutional material. SOLUTION: A cooling device 60 is provided with a spray nozzle 61 for spraying liq. nitrogen 7 to fine aggregates 1 as a constitutional material of concrete, a cooling fluid feeding mechanism 65 for delivering the liq. nitrogen 7 to the spray nozzle 61 and an extrusion fluid feeding mechanism 70 for delivering under pressure compression air 8 as a fluid for extrusion to the spray nozzle 61. When the fine aggregates 1 are fed to a fine aggregate cooling container 51 from a fine aggregate feeding device by a definite quantity, the liq. nitrogen 7 is sprayed toward the fine aggregates 1 from the spray nozzle 61 and by accompanying vaporization of the liq. nitrogen 7, heat is taken away from the fine aggregates 1 to cool the fine aggeregates 1. The liq. nitrogen is sprayed far away by the pressure of the compressed air 8. Therefore, the fine aggregates 1 can be more uniformly cooled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent discharge of sand following the discharge of gas, by a method wherein a bent part in a U-shaped state is formed in a discharge duct, the bent part is positioned at the part higher than a cooling sand manufacturing mixer and formed in a large section, the lower end of the bent part is opened at the upper part of the mixer and a communication path is provided with a damper gate. CONSTITUTION:A cooling sand manufacturing device 1 is provided with a cooling sand manufacturing mixer 2 which cools sand S by kneading the same with the injected liquid nitrogen, and exhaust duct 3 which discharges discharged gas of the injected liquid nitrogen by opening a base end of the discharge duct 3 within the mixer 2. The exhaust duct 3 is constituted higher than the mixer 2, a U-shaped bent part 3a is formed, through which the bent part 3a is formed sufficiently large. The lower end of the bent part of the bent part 3a which is has a large section is communicated with the mixer 2 through a communication path 11 and the communication path 11 is provided with a damper gate 12 opening and closing the communication path 11. At the time when the liquid nitrogen which cooled the sand S is discharged as nitrogen gas, spouting of the sand S into the open air can be prevented, in the constituted cooling sand manufacturing device 1.

CONSTITUTION:A downstream side of piping 3 of a liquid nitrogen storage tank 2 supplying liquid nitrogen(LN2) to a cooling sand manufacturing device 1 through the piping 3 is caused to branch into two piping 3a, 3a, further four piping 3b, 3b... and each tip part is provided with a nozzle 4. A flow meter 5 and flow control valve 6 which controls an injection period of time of the LN2 at a downstream side of the flow meter 5 are interposed in the middle of the piping 3. Each branch piping 3b is provided with a nozzle motor valve 7 for control of starting and completion of injection of the LN2 and a nozzle solenoid valve 8 for prevention of clogging of the nozzle by bypassing the motor valve 7. Since the flow meter 5 and flow controlling motor valve 6 are provided, when an injection quantity and injection period of time of the LN2 per unit hour are set up beforehand, a fixed quantity of the liquid nitrogen is supplied within the cooling sand manufacturing device 1 automatically and smoothly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a quality of placing concrete by cooling mixing water by making use of waste cold heat of liquefied gas effectively, by spraying concrete mixing water into discharge gas of the liquefied gas for cooling used for precooling of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A concrete mixing water cooling device 1 possesses a mixing water storage tank 2 storing mixing water W, a discharge duct 3 discharging generated gas into the open air and a water feed and spraying device 4 spraying the water W within the discharge duct 3 by taking out the water W from within the mixing water storage tank 2. Liquid nitrogen is mixed into a cooling sand manufacturing mixer 11 through a liquid nitrogen feed pipe 12 and at the same time a pump 6 of the water feed and spraying device 4 is actuated. The liquid nitrogen mixed into the mixer 11 is mixed with sand S by an agitating blade 13, the sand S is precleaned, the liquid nitrogen is evaporated and moved forward toward a discharge port 3b as nitrogen gas having a temperature of 0 deg.C-50 deg.C. On one hand, the mixing water W is sprayed within the discharge duct 3 by passing through a spray nozzle 7 from the storage tank 2, heat exchange with the nitrogen gas is performed, cooled and recurs to the inside of the tank 2.

The discharging transfer device 3 introduces the cooled aggregates 5B into the storing silos 4, and the storing silos 4 store the cooled aggregates 5B while keeping them cool, and discharge them whenever necessary.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gradient concrete slab from hanging down and increase the working efficiency and the safety, by attaching a hexagonal metal net on reinforcements on the lower form and placing concrete by use of round separators erected at right angles as a ruler. SOLUTION: A number of upslope lower forms 1 are arranged from the upper end 20 of the continuous underground wall of a cylindrical underground storage tank to the center, at the peripheral part. And reinforcements 2 are longitudinally and laterally arranged on the placed concrete face 1a. Round separators 5 are erected at right angles to form a checked pattern on the placed concrete face 1a and a hexagonal metallic net 3 is laid on the reinforcements 2 to cover the placed concrete face. The concrete face is peripherally divided into many areas and concrete mixed with a high performance-AE water reducing agent is simultaneously placed on the whole area to bury the hexagonal metallic net, while retaining a wet condition by spraying water. And then, the concrete is compacted with vibrators, the concrete height H is adjusted by use of precast concrete 5b of the round separator 5 as a standard. And then, the surface 4a is finished with a trowel to form a roof 100.
