    • PURPOSE:To permit the use of an existing building even during the constructing period of the building by reconstructing the existing building by lifting the building by hangers from each horizontal frame by a method in which horizontal frames are constructed at higher levels than the existing building and two or more temporary receiving structures having supporters to support the horizontal frames are constructed. CONSTITUTION:Columns 10 are vertically set on a given ground, and a superwing (horizontal frame) 20 is constructed vertically through an existing bridge B. The upper part U1 of the bridge B is hung by using hangers 31 and 30 from the superwing 20, and the superannuated lower part L1 is removed. The upper part U2 of additional traffic line is placed on the upper beam of the superwing 20, the upper traffic road of the bridge B is switched to the upper new traffic line of the part U2, and the superannuated part U1 is removed. The hangers 31 and 30 are removed, and the lower part L3 of lower stage and the upper part U3 are newly constructed. The lower part L2 to support the upper part U3 is newly built on the upper part U3, and the upper part U2 is replaced on the new lower part L2 and integrated. The temporary receiving structure is removed. The common use of the existing structure during construction period can thus be permitted.

    • PURPOSE:To secure strength and water stopping property by overlapping and joining a succeeding tunnel to the axial line of a preceding tunnel made of a plural number of arcuate segments with its outer circumference joining portion without steel reinforcement rods, making a middle wall in the preceding tunnel after attaining a certain strength, and joining the small diameter succeeding tunnel to the preceding tunnel. CONSTITUTION:A preceding tunnel structure 2A is constructed with a plural number of arcuate segments 20 with their outer circumferential joining portion without reinforcement rods. A plural number of small diameter tunnel structure 4 are overlapped and joined in their radial direction to the structure 2A to form a succeeding tunnel structure 2B. The succeeding structure 2B is overlapped to the outer circumferential portion 20B of the segment without reinforcement rods. The joined portion is strengthened, digging of the small diameter structures 4 of the succeeding structure 2B is stopped. Placing of a middle wall 12 by the succeeding structure 2A, advance digging of the small diameter structures 4, and joining of the preceding structure 2A are finished. This makes reasonable joining possible.
