    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Not only to separate juice for a cooked object such as meat but also to keep the separate state by storing the juice away from the roasting part of a plate by forming the plate with the roasting part having plural parallel lines of ribs and an oil receiving part continued to the end of an oil drain groove. SOLUTION: A plate 10 is placed on the upper part of a heater 2 and the straight line part of that heater 2 is abutted to a plane abutting part 17. As a result, the straight line part or curved line part of the heater 2 is not directly positioned in a cavity part 16 and the plane abutting part 17. By radiation heat, the cavity part 16 and a roasting part 13 are heated to high temperature. On the rear side of a flat surface 11 formed on both sides in the lengthwise direction of the plate 10 for retaining the warmth of the cooked object, one part of the straight line part of the heater 2 and the curved line part are abutted and heated. In this case, when meat is placed on the roasting part 13 and heated, meat juice out of meat flows through an oil drain groove 15 to the terminal side of the ribs 12 and is stored in an oil receiving part 14. When the meat roasted by the roasting part 13 is not eaten at once, the warmth retaining state is maintained by moving it onto the flat surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit reducing voltage fluctuation by omitting an expensive power supply transformer by composing the power supply circuit of a rectifier, controller, heater as a voltage drop resistor, and capacitor. SOLUTION: Water is put in a vessel and the power source plug of an electric hot-water heater is inserted to a power source plug. When an AC power source 17 is positive potential, a current flows to a rectifier D1, 1st lead wire 24, capacitor 39, 4th lead wire 37, diode 38, 2nd lead wire 25, rectifier D2 and heater 5 and the voltage at both the terminals of the capacitor 39 starts increasing. At such a time, since the voltage at both the terminals of the capacitor 39 is still low, a controller 33 is turned off. When the voltage at both the terminals of the capacitor 39 gets higher than the Zener voltage of a Zener diode 35, a current flows to a detection circuit 34, a gate current flows to the controller 33, and the controller 33 is turned on. The current flows from the AC power source 17 to the rectifier D1, 1st lead wire 24, controller 33, 2nd lead wire 25, rectifier D2 and heater 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction of switching to an inspection mode in an ordinary operation from occurring by a process wherein a control part conducts an inspection mode being different from the ordinary operational mode when a single key is pushed in a specified on-off pattern at the beginning of energization of electricity and a specified displaying is performed on a displaying part. SOLUTION: When a reboiling key 15 which is a single key is pushed by a specified on-off pattern, a control part 27 is shifted to an inspection mode and when it is shifted to the inspection mode, a temp. holding lamp 32 is turned on regardless of water temp. When it turns to the inspection mode like this, a displaying part 33a performs a specified display and it becomes possible for an inspector to confirm changing to the inspection mode by displaying. It is possible thereby to prevent an erroneous action which is switched to the inspection mode during ordinary operation from occurring without pushing simultaneously a plurality of keys and turning on an electric source with a frequency being different from an ordinary one.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make do with a circuit substrate small and to decrease heat generation of the circuit substrate by connecting a relay circuit and a hot water feeding pump to a smoothing condenser in parallel and to make the operating voltage or the relay circuit and the operating voltage of the hot water feeding pump at approximately same value. SOLUTION: A relay circuit 31 is connected to a smoothing condenser 30 in parallel and the relay circuit 31 is connected to a position between the first lead wire 24 and the third lead wire 25b. In addition, one end of the hot water feeding pump 9 consisted of a DC motor 10 is connected to a collector of a transistor 37 through a hot water feeding switch 14 and another end of the hot water feeding pump 9 is connected to the third lead wire 25b. In addition, operating voltage specifications for the relay circuit 31 and the hot water feeding pump 9 are respectively determined in such a way that the operating voltage of the relay circuit 31 and the hot water feeding pump 9 becomes the same level. Thereby a small circuit substrate will do and heat generation of the circuit substrate is made small.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric hot water heater which is low in cost, does not require a large space on a circuit board and has a power source circuit for applying stable voltage to a microcomputer, etc., by including current rectifier elements, smoothing capacitors, heaters, control element, a first smoothing circuit and a second smoothing circuit. SOLUTION: Current flows to the current rectifier element D1, a first lead wire 21, the smoothing capacitor 27 and a third lead wire 22b, a diode 26, a second lead wire 22A, the current rectifier element D2 and the heater 4, and the voltage across both terminals of the smoothing capacitor 27 begins to rise when an AC power source 17 is at positive potential. The current flows to a voltage detecting circuit 23 and gate current flows to a control element 20 to turn the control element 20 on when the voltage across both terminals of the smoothing capacitor 27 drops down to the Zener voltage of a Zener diode 24 or below. The current flows from the AC power source 17 to the current rectifier element D1, the first lead wire 21, the control element 20, the second lead wire 2, the current rectifier element D2 and the heater 4.

    • PURPOSE: To allow the user to safely handle boiling water by controlling to switch off heaters, activate a display to issue a warning sign when sensor temperature reaches a first set level before boiling, and continue to issue the warning sign until temperature drops to a second set level. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor 12 in a gas temperature detecting means 20 is connected to a terminal P3 in a control means 18. When temperature detected by the sensor 12 reaches a first set level, e.g. 87 deg.C, or higher, the operational mode is changed over to the temperature-keeping, lamp-blinking mode by switching off a hot-water heater 4, temperature-keeping heater 5 and boiling lamp 25. Instead, a display (temperature-keeping lamp) 24 is started to blink as the warning sign to inform the user that water temperature is high. When gas temperature in the container 2 drops to a second set level, e.g. 85 deg.C, or lower, the display (temperature-keeping lamp) 24 is switched on calling off the blinking warning sign.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a thermal medium flowing in a heat exchanger coil to be heated at a high efficiency by a method wherein an interior part of an expansion tank is partitioned into a supplementary water part and a circulation part, a heat exchanging coil for flowing a thermal medium as well as a hot water circulation flow passage are arranged within the circulation part and a plurality of partition plates are installed at a proper spacing. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanging coil 35 is installed at an inner lower part of an expansion tank 11 and wound in a relatively close pitch. The expansion tank 11 has an air separator lid 36 at a proper inner location so as to make a vertical partition. A water supplementary part 37 and a circulation part 38 are arranged and at the same time a cylindrical communication passage 39 connecting the water supplementary part 37 with the circulation part 38 is provided at the air separator lid 36, and both a flowing inlet 40 and an outlet port 41 communicating with a hot water circulation passage 21 are provided at both sides of a bottom part. So, a bath water 43 circulating in a bath water circulation path 31 is heated with a circulating hot water in the hot water circulation passage 12 flowing within the circulation passage 38. In turn, the interior of the circulation part 38 has a plurality of partition plates 44, 44... with a proper spacing and they are alternatively arranged to right and left, and then the above-described circulating hot water is flowed in a zig-zag form within the circulation part 38.
