When only a hot-water supply heat exchanger 9 is used, the controller 13 sends a specified valve lift signal to a flow control valve 10. As a result, the hot-water supply heat exchanger 9 uses heating medium at a specified flow rate. On the other hand, when both the heating and hot-water supply heat exchangers 8 and 9 are used at once, the controller 13 sends distributing valve lift signals to the flow control valves 6 and 10. As a result, the heating and hot-water supply heat exchangers 8 and 9 use necessary amounts of heating medium within limits of specified flow rates.
