Then, the clip 1 is arranged on a door belt part 16 of a door panel 15, an insertion part 4 of the clip 1 is inserted in a fitting hole 19 from a cabin side, lower parts of the insertion part 4 and the base part 2 are arranged on an outer side of an inner panel 18, and a gap between the base part 2 and a holding piece 5 is held by the door belt part 16. The expansion means 8 is contracted to elevate the fixing claw 8 to be abutted on an inner side part of the door panel 15.

The clip body 2 thereby moves in the fitting hole 1, and a locking part 13 provided in a position orthogonal to the leg pieces 11 is non-elastically locked to the hole edge of the fitting hole 1.
