摘要： A hose placed on a nozzle is secured by a circular spring clip made of a length of strip metal (2), one end of which is U-shaped with a raised bridge (6) and first projecting flange (12). The second end has a tongue (8) inserted between the U-side shanks under the bridge (6) of the first end, and bearing a projecting flange (14) which slides past the first projecting flange (12) to interlock back to back. Also claimed is a hand tool to simplify opening and closing the clip.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work to insert and remove a hose clip in and from a hose and a work to release an expansion state and to make material cutting advantageous, in a borderless type hose clip SOLUTION: A lock 11 extending to a side in a state to slightly obliquely protrude toward the second gripping piece 9 side on one side of a fastening ring 2 is formed at an arch-form first gripping piece 6 on the other side of the fastening ring 2, and the tip thereof is bent back in a chevron shape to form an oblique guide part 12. An engaging piece 14 inclining at the same angle as that of the guide part 12 is formed in a cut rise state in the side edge of the second grip piece 9. When the two grip pieces 6 and 9 approach each other, the engaging piece 14 is brought into slide contact with the surface of the guide part 12 and relative displacement in the axial direction of the fastening ring 2. When the engaging piece is moved over the guide part 12, it is moved around the back side thereof and locked thereat, and the fastening ring 2 is held in an expansion state in a state that the two gripping pieces 6 and 9 are approximately overlapped with each other. When the other grip piece 9 is forcibly relatively displaced along the axial direction of the fastening ring 2 and lock is released, the fastening ring 2 is contracted and deformed through a restoration elastic force.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a temporary stop simply and surely by forming a hook piece by bending one pinch piece along a circumferental direction and forming a stopper by bending one part of the other pinch piece and further providing a tapered guide surface on the notch adjacent to the hook piece. SOLUTION: A hook piece 12 with L shape vertical section extending along the circumferential direction is formed near the center of the bridge of a pinch piece 11. A tapered guide surface 131 is formed on a notch 13 provided on the tip of this hook piece. A stopper 14 is formed on the other pinch piece 15. In this constituted hose clamp 1, when respective jaws of a plier are put on one pinch piece 11 and the other pinch piece 15 and both pinch pieces are moved to an approaching direction, the other pinch piece 15 is moved to a clamp axis direction along the guide surface 131 or the one pinch piece 11 and when it exceeds a corner part, the temporary stop is released. Therefore, the temporary stop can be released simply and surely.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of diameter expansion release of a hose clip. SOLUTION: The first grasping piece 5 of a hose clip 1 is provided with a lock piece 8 and by engaging it with a second grasping piece 7, the hose clip 1 is held in a diameter expansion state. Further, an insertion space 12 is formed on the lower side of a lock piece 8 is formed between the two grasping pieces 5 and 7. By prizing in a way that the tip part of a rod-form tool T1 is inserted therein, the second grasping piece 7 is moved axially of a fastening ring 2, and the lock piece 8 is released from a lock state. This constitution releases the hose chip 1 from a diameter expansion state and changed into a contraction state. Further, since padding is effected such that a gap, except the insertion space 12, wide enough to allow thrusting of the rod-form tool T1 is not provided between the two grasping pieces 5 and 7, no erroneous insertion is prevented from occurring to the rod-form tool.
