    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work to insert and remove a hose clip in and from a hose and a work to release an expansion state and to make material cutting advantageous, in a borderless type hose clip SOLUTION: A lock 11 extending to a side in a state to slightly obliquely protrude toward the second gripping piece 9 side on one side of a fastening ring 2 is formed at an arch-form first gripping piece 6 on the other side of the fastening ring 2, and the tip thereof is bent back in a chevron shape to form an oblique guide part 12. An engaging piece 14 inclining at the same angle as that of the guide part 12 is formed in a cut rise state in the side edge of the second grip piece 9. When the two grip pieces 6 and 9 approach each other, the engaging piece 14 is brought into slide contact with the surface of the guide part 12 and relative displacement in the axial direction of the fastening ring 2. When the engaging piece is moved over the guide part 12, it is moved around the back side thereof and locked thereat, and the fastening ring 2 is held in an expansion state in a state that the two gripping pieces 6 and 9 are approximately overlapped with each other. When the other grip piece 9 is forcibly relatively displaced along the axial direction of the fastening ring 2 and lock is released, the fastening ring 2 is contracted and deformed through a restoration elastic force.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a loosening load by providing a guide between the fitting hole of a bolt on a body and a nut for turning the nut in the screwing direction of the bolt employing the pressing force of the nut. CONSTITUTION:A flange 16 is fitted to a fitting hole 13 for inserting a bolt 21 projected from a body panel 14, and a part of a nut 11 is inserted in the fitting hole 13 at a connection part 18 of small thickness whereby the flange 16 and the connection part 18 are integrated with each other. On the other hand, a notched groove 17 is formed at two positions opposing the flange 16 and a spline-shaped projection 22 is formed on the internal surface of the nut 11. Furthermore, an axial introduction part 25 suitable for the width of the notched groove 17 and a projection 24 along the screwing direction of the bolt 21 subsequent thereto are formed on the external surface of the nut 11 capable of passage along the internal surface of the flange 16. According to the aforesaid construction, a loosening load can be stably ensured at a high level by hammering the head 20 of the nut 11 for the engagement thereof with the bolt 21.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent frictional heat from generating at the time of clamping by providing a nut portion provided a flange for clamping on an outer circumference and a washer portion connected thereto via a connecting portion which is cut by external force in a screwing direction. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resine made clamping member 8 has a nut portion 9 and a washer portion 10. A round hole 11 for screwing a bolt is formed at the inner circumference of the nut portion 9 and a square head 13 and a flange 12 for clamping are formed at the outer circumference thereof. The washer portion 10 has a small diameter ring portion 15 and a large diameter ring portion 16 which are integrally connected by a connecting portion 20. At the time of using it, the clamping member is screwed into a tapping screw type stud bolt 22, the connecting portion is cut by predetermined strength, clamping after that is conducted in a low friction by the washer portion 10 under a fixed state.
