The clip 19 is formed of a gate-shaped frame part 1 in plane view consisting of a horizontal part 11 and strut parts 12, 12', a groove-like engagement part 13 to be engaged with the stud 5, which is extends aslant to the straight line connecting the tips of the lateral strut parts 12, 12', and a stopper part 15 having a plurality of stepped parts 155 to be engaged with a stud head part 55, which is provided so as to cover the engagement part 13. A curl part 21 is engagingly locked to the engagement part 11 of the horizontal part 11 to mount the molding 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a roof molding certainly even if the position of a flange wall surface varies. SOLUTION: Using a clip, a roof molding M is installed in a groove 5 between a flange wall surface F and the confronting wall 4 of a side member panel S, when the width of the groove 5 may vary. The clip is locked at the flange wall surface F by a slip-off preventive pawl and angaged at the two flange edges of the roof molding M by the first and second lock pawls formed at the two sides of the base part. From the base part, a pair of adjusting blades 16 extend in spreading, and the clip is moved together with the molding toward the confronting wall 4 when the blades are in resilient contact with the flange wall surface F. Therefore, the roof molding M can be installed in the constant positional relationship always with the confronting wall 4 even in case the width of the groove 5 varies.
