摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a clip to a dash silencer. SOLUTION: This clip comprises a base part 11 in the form of a disk having a through hole 11 in its center for inserting a stud 5 therein and having a tapered guide part 115 formed to connect with the through hole 111, a locking pawl 15 provided in the through hole 111 in the base part 11 for engaging the thread 51 of the stud 5, etc., a spacer part 12 provided around the through hole 111 in the base part 11, a pair of strap-like arm parts 13 formed with their respective ends diverging horizontally from the portion of the base part 11 around the through hole 111 and formed to be folded back inward at the ends, and a thin-walled hinge part for connecting the pair of arm parts 13 together. The clip is molded integrally from plastics.

The clip 19 is formed of a gate-shaped frame part 1 in plane view consisting of a horizontal part 11 and strut parts 12, 12', a groove-like engagement part 13 to be engaged with the stud 5, which is extends aslant to the straight line connecting the tips of the lateral strut parts 12, 12', and a stopper part 15 having a plurality of stepped parts 155 to be engaged with a stud head part 55, which is provided so as to cover the engagement part 13. A curl part 21 is engagingly locked to the engagement part 11 of the horizontal part 11 to mount the molding 2.
