摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting the surface moisture content of fine aggregates during concrete kneading by which it is possible to automatically correct the surface moisture content of fine aggregates appropriately even when it comes to a high-quality concrete. SOLUTION: During kneading a concrete composed of cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, first the number of revolutions of a motor 2 which clearly indicates the variation of electric power showing the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving a mixer 1 to the variation of the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates, is obtained by changing the frequency. Then the number of revolutions of the motor 2 is controlled by using an inverter so that the number of revolutions is identical to the number of revolutions described above regardless of the variation of electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2. Further, under this state, the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates during concrete kneading is corrected so that the concrete of a specified quality is obtained based on the relationships with electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving the mixer 1, electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving the mixer 1 and the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates and the slump of the concrete or a slump flow.

The current values of the batches stored in the computer are averaged when the data of the batch formulation, or the like, is not outputted for a period longer than the preset time necessary for the charging, kneading and discharging of the batch and the slump value of the truck mixer car is displayed from the relationship between the current value and the slump value.
