摘要： PURPOSE:To provide sprayed concrete having constant properties by kneading the concrete, while the surface moisture rate of fine aggregate being corrected on the basis of a mixer current value. CONSTITUTION:As procedures for correcting the surface moisture rate of fine aggregate, a surface moisture correction is made by use of fine aggregate having a known surface moisture rate with a suitable concrete mixture and a kneading process is implemented. Then, a time is obtained to keep a mixer current value constant for kneading sprayed concrete made of cement, rough aggregate and fine aggregate, and the current value and time so determined are used as a reference current value and detection time. Thereafter, a water volume is increased or decreased to perform a kneading process with a virtual surface moisture rate changed. In this case, a current value for a detection time and a slump after the kneading are recorded, thereby finding concrete properties with a different surface moisture rate. Thereafter, the previously obtained mixer current value and surface moisture rate of the fine aggregate are inputted to the sequencer 3 of an operation panel 2 from an operation panel 1 equipped with a device 4 for displaying the mixer current value for the detection time and a device 5 for setting a proper current value for the detection time.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting the surface moisture content of fine aggregates during concrete kneading by which it is possible to automatically correct the surface moisture content of fine aggregates appropriately even when it comes to a high-quality concrete. SOLUTION: During kneading a concrete composed of cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, first the number of revolutions of a motor 2 which clearly indicates the variation of electric power showing the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving a mixer 1 to the variation of the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates, is obtained by changing the frequency. Then the number of revolutions of the motor 2 is controlled by using an inverter so that the number of revolutions is identical to the number of revolutions described above regardless of the variation of electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2. Further, under this state, the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates during concrete kneading is corrected so that the concrete of a specified quality is obtained based on the relationships with electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving the mixer 1, electric power indicating the loaded state of the motor 2 for driving the mixer 1 and the surface moisture content of the fine aggregates and the slump of the concrete or a slump flow.
