摘要： PURPOSE:To make efficient a concrete compacting or leveling work by arranging a travel mechanism section and an exciter along a guide rail laid on the lower side of a sleeper, and installing compacting equipment or a leveling plate via a rubber cushion. CONSTITUTION:Following the placed concrete 14 in the previous work zone, a current work zone is divided with a gable type form 16. With invert concrete 15 placing, compacting equipment 12 is vibrated with a lift mechanism 6, and a travel mechanism section 5 is made to advance at pertinent speed, thereby compacting the whole of the cast concrete 15 uniformly. After the completion of the compacting work, the compacting equipment 12 is demounted and a leveling plate is fitted instead. Then, an exciting motor 19 is started and a travel motor 5c is also started. The travel mechanism section 5 is thereby made to advance at pertinent speed to level the whole of the placed and finished surface of the invert concrete 15. Thereafter, a roller fitting for replacement is used, instead of a fastener, and a guide rail 2 is made to advance without any change in posture, thereby undertaking a replacement work.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the execution of a shaft having a predetermined bore and depth by mounting cutter spokes on positions on the front face plate of a pressure chamber partitioned by a partition wall on an end of a pipe-shaped center shaft and providing a gravel taking-in mechanism in the rear side section of an inner partition wall of the center shaft. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a pressure chamber 4 is pressurized by fresh water supplied through a water feed pipe 7 to the same degree as the underground water pressure, and a center shaft 2 is rotated to rotate a cutter spoke 6 and face plate 5 and carry out rotary excavation with at a face. Then, when the hollow part 2a of the shaft 2 is choked with rough gravel, two gate valves 10 are fully closed to stop a discharge soil flow and a gate valve 11 of a gravel take-out port 9 is fully opened to take out the rough gravel. In building the bottom of a shaft, the diameter of the cutter spoke 6 is contracted to be separated from the face plate 5. After the cutter spoke 6 is pulled up right under a partition wall 3, underwater concreting is placed in the pressurizing chamber 4 to bury up the face plate 5 and a support wall 12.

SOLUTION: The coordinate system X, Y of the whole area, to be worked, in which the installation position of a fixed station A sighting a vehicle M is used as the origin X0 , Y0 is decided. A mobile station B which sights the fixed station A is installed at the vehicle M. A local coordinate system (x), (y) in which the mobile station B is used as the origin or a known point and in which one coordinate axis is set in the advance direction of the vehicle M is decided. The mounting position of a working arm at the vehicle M, the angle of rotation of the arm and the horizontal projection length of the arm are measured. The coordinates of a working point at the tip of the arm are computed. The coordinates x2 , y2 of the working point are converted into the total coordinate system. The positions x2 , y2 of the working point in the total coordinate system x0 , y0 is computed in a real-time manner. The vehicle M is guided to a target position, and the working arm is positioned in the target position.

摘要： PURPOSE:To construct an aeration tank or ventilation hole in an extremely deep layer by utilizing a RC precast pipe. CONSTITUTION:A jack down device 4 is set in the ground position of the upper part of an excavated hole 3, and a hanging material 7 mounted on a receiving frame 6 for setting a top RC precast pipe 1 whose top end is sealed is supported by the jack down device 4. The following RC precast pipe 1 is vertically superposed on the RC precast pipe 1, and water is injected into the hollow part of the RC precast pipe 1 by the length of connecting the RC precast pipe 1 by the operation of the jack down device 4 supporting the hanging material 7, and the RC precast pipe 1 is settled in the excavated hole 3 while taking the balance with buoyancy. The shaft structure of the RC precast pipe 1 reaches a determined depth and is completed, a back-filling material 10 is constructed in the clearance between the excavated hole 3 and the shaft structure. The RC precast pipe is effectively utilized to contribute to the rational and economic construction of a shaft. It also contributes to the shortening of the constructing period because of the easy construction. The completed shaft is effectively utilized for various purposes such as an aeration tank in an extremely deep layer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To exchange a tail seal without halting the operation of a shield machine. CONSTITUTION:An inner ring 3 provided with a tail seal 2 is fixed with an inner peripheral surface of a skin plate 1 for a shield machine. A replacement inner ring 6 is installed to an inner peripheral surface of the tail skin plate 1 at a portion in front of the inner ring 3 and segments 5 are assembled on the inner peripheral surface of the replacement inner ring 3. The inner ring 3 in service and the replacement inner ring 6 are fixed with a check bolt 8 while the shield machine is adapted to advance by a portion of one ring. A new replacement inner ring 6 is fixed with the tail skin plate 1 while accompanied by the advancement of the shield machine, a used old inner ring 3 is left over backward as it is. It is, therefore, possible to exchange new and old tail seals 7 and 2 under the continuous drilling operation of the shield machine and reduce both construction period and cost in the execution of excavation work based on a shield method.

A cut-off construction is constituted of the cylindrical cut-off plate 11, a means 13 to push it out and a seal rubber 12, the cut-off plate 11 is pushed out to bring it into contact with the seal rubber 12, and water is stopped. According to the constitution, construction of a vertical shaft base and horizontal underground connection, etc., can be made surely and efficiently.

According to the constitution, a series of works such as excavation by a reverse method and assembly and settlement of the precast slabs are carried out relatively within a short period of time, construction can be economically and safely executed within a short construction period, and it can correspond to the need of a deep vertical shaft having a large section.

摘要： PURPOSE:To greatly enhance the economics by decomposing the atmospheric side conponents of a shield machine after excavation of a pit, collecting them back onto the ground, and lifting a cutter head by a crane installed on the ground in the condition that the pit is submerged with water for collection of the cutter head. CONSTITUTION:After a pit is excavated by a vertical shield machine 1, mud feeding/ exhausting pipes, erector, cutter rotating motor, shield jack, etc., which are positioned on the atmospheric side above a bulkhead 12, are collected back onto the ground. Using a wire 22 a cutter head 3 is tied with a hook 21 sunk from a crane provided on the ground. Water is poured into the pit so that the shield machine 1 is submerged with water, and the water is put to the level which generates equilibrium with the earth pressure and subsoil water pressure acting on the excavation surface and inside of a bulkhead chamber, and the state of free water surface is generated. A ring girder 4 is separated from a bulkhead 5 using a remote control device such as a hydraulic jack, and the cutter head 3 is lifted by the crane and collected onto the ground. Thereby the cutter head and other components which are expensive can be collected, and construction of the works can be completed safely and quickly.
