    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention method for concrete which gives excellent shielding property to carbon dioxide, excellent crack resistance of concrete, and prevents neutralization of concrete; and to provide a concrete structure prepared by the corrosion prevention method for concrete.
      SOLUTION: The corrosion prevention method for concrete includes applying an under coating layer 3, an intermediate coating layer 4, an upper coating layer 5 in the order on a base material 2 constituted of concrete. The intermediate layer 4 is formed by using a composition for the intermediate layer containing an acrylic resin of a glass transition temperature of at most 20°C, water swellable synthetic inorganic layered silicate to form a film thickness of at least 50 μm when dried. The amount of the water swellable synthetic inorganic layered silicate is 1-50 pts.mass when the amount of the acrylic resin is set to 100 pts.mass Also, the concrete structure is prepared by this corrosion prevention method for concrete.

    • PURPOSE:To surely draw out moisture, generated between a floor finish material and a foundation material, to the outside by forming a vertical ventilating hole which communicates with upper and lower surfaces of the floor finish material in a floor structure constituted by arranging the resin-made floor finish material in an upper part of the wet foundation material. CONSTITUTION:A floor finish material 33, constituted of a double-layer foam sponge 35 of 3 to 5mm thickness and a vinyl chloride surface material 37 of about 2mm thickness formed in an upper part of the sponge 35, is arranged on the upper surface of a wet foundation material 31 and adhesively attached by an adhesive agent or the like. A vertical ventilating hole 39, in which the upper end is opened to an upper surface of the vinyl chloride surface material 37 while the lower end is opened to a lower surface of the foam sponge 35, is formed in a thickness direction of the floor finish material 33 with the upper surface communicating with the lower surface. Thus by drawing out a large amount of moisture, generated between the floor finish material 33 and the wet foundation material 31, to the outside, exfoliation can be prevented with deterioration of the adhesive agent prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sound connection between a sealing material newly filled in a joint groove, and the inner surface of the joint groove by surely removing the thin layer of the sealing material remaining on the inner surface of the joint groove after cutting-off the sealing material with a cutter or the like from inside the joint groove of a building external wall.
      SOLUTION: A method for repairing the sealing material includes cutting-off the existing sealing material filled in the joint groove 2 of the building external wall 1; applying a thickening solvent 5 containing thickened limonene or limonene as a component, to the surface of the thin layer of the sealing material remaining on the inner surface of the joint groove 2 by cutting-off the existing sealing material; swelling the thin layer 4 of the residual sealing material while softening it with the solvent 5 containing the thickened limonene or limonene as the component, to make fragile bonding strength of the thin layer 4 of the residual sealing material to the inner surface of the joint groove 2 by swelling and softening; removing the residual sealing material in the softened and swollen state; and filling a new sealing material in the joint groove 2 from which the residual sealing material is removed.
