摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the workability under a temporary roof to shorten the work period by providing multiple temporary supporting columns liftably and installing a temporary roof main body openably and liftably on the temporary support columns. CONSTITUTION:Temporary support columns 4 are raised properly to raise rail supporting beams 5, rails 6, and temporary roof main bodies 7 simultaneously. The temporary support columns 4 and temporary roof main bodies 7 are raised alternately to raise a temporary roof gradually. Accordingly, in all cases, the temporary roof is raised as the work of a building frame 1 on a lower floor 2 is advanced to enable the work of the building frame 1 under the temporary roof. Though carrying-in of building materials by a crane, etc., is obviated, when they are carried out, the temporary roof main body 7 is slidably opened and closed properly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the adhesive application work precisely in a manner wherein a high quality is obtained in a tool for applying an adhesives for use in bonding joints of laminated materials. CONSTITUTION:A gap tape packing 16 is stuck to an area near a joint 2 of a laminated material 1 and an adhesive container 17 wherein one of the sides and the upper side-thereof are opened and a long bolt 18 for tightening packing is provided along the opened side between the opposite sides of the container is engaged with the joint 2 of the material 1 in such a manner that the opened side is fitted onto the joint 2. A nut 19 is screwed onto the bolt 18 to apply appropriate surface pressure to the opposite sides of the container 17. An appropriate surface pressure is applied to the bottom surface of the container 17 by a support 20 erected on a floor 12. An adhesive 5 is filled into the container 17 so that the surface level of the adhesive comes to the height of the joint 2. A hole 13 with packing is provided in the bottom of the container 17 to take out the adhesive therethrough.

The hydraulic clamp 15 of the base member 12 is fitted with the flange 111 of the hoist body supporting pillar 11, and the position is secured. Then, these operations are repeated to raise up the hoist body supporting pillar 11 intermittently. Further, a temporarily installed roof 2 is raised according to the progress state of execution, and the skeleton construction under the roof in the rainy weather is facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating board concurrently serving as a formwork by coupling a meshy sheet on one face or both faces of a heat insulating plate made of a synthetic resin foam with a cement material as a reinforcing material, and laminating a nonwoven fabric on its outer face. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating plate 2 and a surface material 7 formed with a reinforcing material with through holes, a cement material layer 4 and a nonwoven fabric 6 are integrally connected to constitute a heat insulating board 1 concurrently serving as a formwork. A polystyrene foam is used for the heat insulating plate 2 in view of the performance and cost, and its thickness is set to about 2-10cm. A sheet of cheese cloth made of synthetic fibers is used for the reinforcing material 3, and it is connected on one face of the heat insulating plate 2 with a cement material such as Portland cement. The nonwoven fabric 6 is laminated on the outermost layer to improve the bending strength of the heat insulating board 1. The heat insulating board 1 concurrently serving as a concrete formwork can be obtained.

Thus by drawing out a large amount of moisture, generated between the floor finish material 33 and the wet foundation material 31, to the outside, exfoliation can be prevented with deterioration of the adhesive agent prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a field bonding joining method for laminated wood used for structural material of the pillar and the horizontal member or the like of a wooden building having large space. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped corrugated finger joint connections 2 which are zigzag engaged are formed in the joint end parts of laminated wood 1. Laminated wood 1 is placed on a horizontally moving frame 3. Two pieces of laminated wood 1, 1 to be joined are so arranged that mutual finger joint connections 2 are opposed. Vertical level precision is regulated by the height controlling mechanism 4 of the horizontally moving frame 3. The whole surface of the finger joint connection 2 is coated with an adhesive 5. The finger joint connections 2, 2 are drawn, united and cured only in the prescribed clamping time while holding a state wherein prescribed clamping pressure is loaded. Thereby field bonding joining of laminated wood is efficiently performed by means of the adhesive with excellent precision at high quality and contributes to realization and construction of the wooden building having large space constituted of laminated lumber.
