摘要： PURPOSE: To save the labor required for the work of forming partition walls inside a tunnel and to enhance efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A projecting wall portion 23 whose upper surface serves as a bearing face 22 is formed on one of the opposite side wall portions of a lining wall and a locking wall portion 32 is formed on the other side wall, and a slab 51 constituting a partition wall between the wall portions 23, 32 is placed with one side placed on the bearing face 22 of the projecting wall portion 23 and the other side locked into the locking wall portion 32. A locking portion whose cross section takes approximately the same form as the cross section of a locking groove formed in the locking wall portion 32 is formed on the other side of the slab 51, and the locking portion is locked into the locking groove.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to form easily a large scale underground space. CONSTITUTION: A group of shield tunnels selected alternately from adjacent shield tunnels 10 in a connected state, are specified as preceding tunnels 10a, which are excavated by excavating under the development of a back-filled setting body having a specified thickness around a segment 15 assembled in the rear of a shield machine. A group of left over shield tunnels are excavated as a following shielded tunnel 10, thereby forming a part of the back-filled setting body 16. Each shielded tunnel segment is properly reinforced with a support member 19 while the segments located at each connection part 20 are removed and the back-filled setting body 16 is removed, thereby communicating each adjacent shielded tunnel. Each connection segment 21 is set up between the segments of the adjacent shield tunnels, thereby forming a crust 13 which covers the ground 12. Then, the ground inside the crust is excavated.

Connecting faces 36 to be mated with the fitting faces 21a and fitting plates 35 forming the mount faces 37 to be mounted on the steel plates 50 are fixed at both ends of a base material main body 32 made of multiple H-steels 31 to form the slab base material 30. The connecting faces 36 of the fitting plates 35 are mated with the fitting faces 21 of the projections 20, the mount faces 37 are mounted on the steel plates 50, and the fitting plates 35 are fixed to insert metals 22 buried in the projections 20 by bolts.

The thrust force of the fourteen shield jacks 14 is adjusted and controlled by a thrust controller 15 to control the excavating direction of the excavator body 1. In ON/OFF control of these fourteen shield jacks 14, hydraulic oil is directly supplied from a hydraulic pump by the opening operation of the first changeover valve 30 corresponding to the shield jack 14 turned ON. The control pressure is set to actuate respective shield jacks 14 by the closing operation of the first changeover valve 30 corresponding to the shield jack 14 turned OFF, the opening operation of the second changeover valve and the pressure adjustment of a relief valve 31.

A main bar C attached to the portal travel cart 12b is gripped in such a manner that it can come off in the direction of a cross section of the tunnel to supply it to an upper side of the plurality of arrangement bars D supported by the blocking device 12 by a main bar grip mechanism 12e.
