摘要： PURPOSE: To smoothly and accurately control direction for steep curve execution. CONSTITUTION: A shield machine main body is divided into a front barrel section 2 and a rear barrel section 3, it is propelled by the driving force of a propelling jack provided on the rear barrel section 3, and the direction of the front barrel section 2 is controlled when the strokes of multiple direction control jacks assembled into an oblique truss shape between the front barrel section 2 and the rear barrel section 3 are controlled. A smooth virtual line I from the front barrel section 2 to a target point T on a planned line K is obtained, and multiple target attitudes AQ perpendicular to the virtual line I are obtained. The strokes of the direction control jacks are controlled so that the tip face AP of the front barrel section 2 coincides with the target attitudes AQ during the advance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of installed valves for adjusting the supply of hydraulic pressure to a shield jack, and provide a smooth and precise shield jack control method for a shield machine. CONSTITUTION:Shield jacks positioned near each other among shield jacks 9-1 to 9-18 are grouped and classified into an even number of blocks equal to four or more. The shield jacks within the same group are fitted with one of pressure control valves 30-1 to 30-8 at the rod side thereof. When a shield machine advances while turning, a target force point position is obtained from a target control angle formed out of the axial and advance directions of a shield machine body 1. Then, the thrust of the shield jack in the block where the target force point is positioned, is taken as a maximum value, and the thrust of the shield jack in the block at a point symmetrical position with the block where the target force point is positioned, is taken as a minimum value among all the blocks. Furthermore, the thrust of the shield jacks in remaining blocks are reduced in stages from the maximum thrust block to the minimum thrust block.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an accurate directional control even in ON/OFF control, by controlling the opening/closing of two changeover valves and a pressure control valve in accordance with an objective action point of a tunnel excavator body. SOLUTION: A plurality of shield jacks 14 thrusting an excavator body 11 and a cutter head 12 are parallelly arranged along the circumferential direction, at the rear part of the excavator body 11. The thrust force of the fourteen shield jacks 14 is adjusted and controlled by a thrust controller 15 to control the excavating direction of the excavator body 1. In ON/OFF control of these fourteen shield jacks 14, hydraulic oil is directly supplied from a hydraulic pump by the opening operation of the first changeover valve 30 corresponding to the shield jack 14 turned ON. The control pressure is set to actuate respective shield jacks 14 by the closing operation of the first changeover valve 30 corresponding to the shield jack 14 turned OFF, the opening operation of the second changeover valve and the pressure adjustment of a relief valve 31.

摘要： The connecting apparatus provides an intrusive ring in one shield excavator, and a chamber in which the intrusive ring can be accommodated in the other. The two shield excavators are disposed in opposition to each other with a narrow space left therebetween. The intrusive ring is then moved forward and inserted into the chamber in the opposed shield excavator. As a result, the opposed parts of the two excavators are sealed with this intrusive ring. These shield excavators are then disassembled and the wall surfaces of the joint parts including that of the intrusive ring are lined to complete an underground connecting step.

This lower side of the flat belt is overlapped with a belt, which forms a vertical part, through a tension pulley 12 and a return pulley 13. In this condition, the flat belt is guided downward through return pulleys 14 and a bent pulley 15, which are arranged higher than the upper side belt forming the upper horizontal part, and wrapped around a tail pulley 10 through a bend pulley 16. Both right and left ends of the two-way belt, which are overlapped between the return pulleys 14 arranged higher than the upper side belt of the upper horizontal part through the return pulley 13, are pinched by edge rollers 17, 17 arranged at the multiple stages.

CONSTITUTION: A first truck 10 is constituted of a rack 11 provided with a clearance on the end and a plurality of traveling parts ranging from 12a to 12d while a second truck 20 is constituted of a rack 21, which comprises a base mount 211 and a lift mount 212, and a traveling parts ranging from 22a to 22d. The traveling parts 12a to 12c and 22a to 22c are arranged to be movable along the racks 11 and 21. A transport article 50 is carried across and loaded on mounts 131 on the rack 10 and traveled on a rail 40 in a tunnel. The truck 20 is adapted to travel toward the truck 10 where the rack 21 is inserted into the clearance of the truck 10 and the racks 11 and 21 are moved slidingly on the traveling parts 22a and 12a so that it may be supported on the traveling parts 22a to 22c and 12a to 12c. Then, after the lift mount 212 is raised and the transport article 50 is supported on the rack 21, the trucks 10 and 20 are moved in the opposite direction, thereby ending the receiving and delivery of the transport article 50.

CONSTITUTION: A segment manufacturing plant 30 is built in the vicinity of a vertical shaft 2 and a conveyor 22 to convey out damped soil and convey in a lining material is installed in the vertical shaft 2. By using soil generated during excavation of the vertical shaft 2 and excavation of a tunnel 3, damped soil is hardened by the manufacturing plant 30 through hydrothermal synthesis or sintering to mold segments 21 with which the wall surface of the tunnel 3 is covered. In this case, the molded segment 21 is carried in by a carrier 22 and a carrying truck 16. Further, the segment plant 30 is built not only on a ground but also in the vertical shaft 2 or the tunnel 3 in a case of a tunnel having a large section to shorten a carriage distance. This method and constitution reduces a disposal amount of damped soil by effectively utilizing damped soil.
