摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a joint fitting to a form with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The tip of the joint fitting 1 is fitted into a mounting hole 7e in a cylindrical holder 7 and the fitting and the holder are inserted into a tapered hole 6b in an outer cylinder 6. This insertion is easy since the tapered hole 6b is largely open while the tip of the cylindrical holder 7 is constricted. In this case, the cylindrical holder 7 moves along the inner surface 6bn of the tapered hole 6b to bring the outer surface 7b of the holder into intimate contact with the inner surface 6bn while aligning the axis of the holder and the axis of the joint fitting 1 with the axis of the outer cylinder 6 to position the holder correctly at the center of the outer cylinder 6. With the holder thus positioned, the projection length of the joint fitting 1 which projects out of the form 12 is held constant. Under these conditions, an attaching bolt 10 is inserted into through holes 6c and 7c in the outer cylinder 6 and the cylindrical holder 7 and threadedly attached to a locknut 9 to attach the joint fitting 1 to the form 12 so as to keep the holder positioned.

SOLUTION: A cylindrical holder 7 is clamped at the joint fitment 1 by engaging the fitment 1 with the holder 7 and engaging a mounting bolt 12 with a clamping nut 9. The holder 7 is then inserted into an outer cylinder 6, and a clamping nut 13 is engaged with the bolt 12. In this case, since the adhesive ring surface 6b of the cylinder 6 is contacted with the tapered outer surface 7a of the holder 7 and the tapered inner surface 6a of the cylinder 6 is joined with the tapered outer surface 7a of the holder 7, the holder 7 and the fitment 1 are brought at its central axis into coincidence with the central axis of the cylinder 6 and accurately positioned at the center of the cylinder 6 so that the fitment becomes perpendicular to the cylinder 6. Further, since a slight gap C is spaced between the cylinder 6 and the holder 7, even when a fine foreign matter such as a sand or the like is adhered thereto, the holder 7 can be smoothly inserted into the cylinder 6 without fail.
