摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure in which structural bodies such as segments or the like are easily and securely joined to each other for reducing the labor for the joining work. SOLUTION: Joining cylinders 12 are respectively provided to the joining end surfaces 13a of the segments 13 to be mutually joined. One end of a joining rod 11 in which a piece member 16 is engagedly fitted to the hole part 11a formed in both the end parts is inserted into the engaging hole 31 of the joining cylinder 12 of the segment 13 on one side, so that a fitting projection 21 to be fitted in the supporting hole 38 formed in the bottom part 37 of the engaging hole 31 of the joining cylinder 12 is formed in the piece member 16A. A holding surface 32 for bringing the joining rod 11 into line with the axis of the joining cylinder 12 for holding in the condition the fitting projection 21 of the piece member 16A is fitted in the supporting hole 38 and the joining rod 11 is held by joining cylinder 12 is formed in the engaging hole 31.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join segments easily and mutually by elastically returning an elastic member installed on the inside of a joint cylinder body while reducing the diameter of an engaging section and engaging the engaging section with the engaging stepped section of a joint bar when the head section of the joint bar mounted on the other segment is passed in an engaging cylinder set up to one segment. SOLUTION: In a joint cylinder 5 fitted to one segment 1, an elastic member 16 is fixed into a cylindrical joint cylinder body 5a, and an engaging cylinder 17 is installed into the elastic member 16. A joint bar 7, in which a head section 11 and an engaging stepped section 15 are formed at a tip, is mounted on the other segment 1. When the head section 11 of the joint bar 7 is inserted into the engaging section 17c of the engaging cylinder 17, the diameter of the engaging section 17c is expanded elastically while pushing the elastic member 16 to the outside so as to permit the passage of the head section 11 by slits formed on the engaging cylinder 17. The elastic member 16 is returned elastically while the diameter of the engaging section 17c is expanded and the engaging section 17c is engaged with the engaging stepped section 15 when the head section 11 is passed in the engaging cylinder 17 by a stepped section to be engaged 25 formed at the tip section of the engaging section 17c.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to save construction work of a tunnel or the like by joining segments mutually with ease. SOLUTION: A joining cylinder 5 is provided on one segment 1 while a joining rod 7 is provided on the other segment. The joining rod 7 forms an engagement raised portion 15 between a shaft 9 and a head 11 while the joining cylinder 5 has a cylinder-shaped joining cylinder main body 5a and an engagement cylinder 17 fixed with the joining cylinder main body 5a. The joining cylinder main body 5a has an introduction hole 19 and a head engagement recessed part 21 provided with the engagement cylinder 17 while the engagement cylinder 17 has a base part 17a and an engagement part 17b whose inner surface reduces its diameter gradually toward the depth direction in its normal state. When the head 11 is inserted into the engagement section 17b, a slit is formed so that the diameter of the engagement section 17b may be elastically expandable so as to allow the passage of the head 11.

SOLUTION: A mounting bolt 49 projectably from and retractably in the inner surface side of side plate 43 of a form 41 for molding the connecting end face of a segment by a holding mechanism 45 by an inserting hole 44 formed at the plate 43 is provided. The outer diameter of the bolt 49 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the engaging hole 31 of the connecting cylinder 12. A threaded part 51 capable of being engaged with a supporting hole 38 made of female threads formed at the bottom 37 of the hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is formed at the end of the bolt 49. The hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is engaged with the end side of the bolt 49, the part 51 of the bolt 49 is engaged with the hole 38, and hence the cylinder 12 is drawn up to the inner surface of the plate 43 and mounted in a contacted state.

SOLUTION: A joining cylinder 5 is installed to one segment 1 and a joining bar 7 to the other segment 1. A plurality of slits 23 are formed to the head section 11 having a large diameter of the joining bar 7, and the diameter of the head section 11 can be shrunk. An introducing hole section 31, in which a diameter is formed in size smaller than the head section 11, a head-section housing recessed section 35 having a large diameter and a second engaging stepped section 37 engaged with the first engaging stepped section 15 of the head section 11 are formed to the joining cylinder 5. When the segment 1 is connected, the tapered front end section 25 of the joining bar 7 is penetrated along the taper of the inlet section 41 of the joining cylinder 5. The diameter of the head section 11 is shrunk and the head section 11 is penetrated into the head-section housing recessed section 35, the engaging stepped section 15 and the engaging stepped section 37 are engaged, and the joining bar 7 and the joining cylinder 5 are combined firmly.

Both ends of the C-shaped female fitting 15 are embedded in the one connecting surface 13, and an annular part 16 to be inserted in the pile axial direction is formed. A base end 17b of the L-shaped male fitting 17 is embedded in the other connecting surface 13, and an annular part inserting rod 17b projected in the pile axial direction is provided. An elastic repelling means 21 brought in slide-contact with the inner wall of the annular part 16 and for energizing the annular part inserting rod 17b from the inner wall of the annular part 16 toward the center of the annular part is provided in the annular part inserting rod 17b.
