摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a joint fitting to a form with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The tip of the joint fitting 1 is fitted into a mounting hole 7e in a cylindrical holder 7 and the fitting and the holder are inserted into a tapered hole 6b in an outer cylinder 6. This insertion is easy since the tapered hole 6b is largely open while the tip of the cylindrical holder 7 is constricted. In this case, the cylindrical holder 7 moves along the inner surface 6bn of the tapered hole 6b to bring the outer surface 7b of the holder into intimate contact with the inner surface 6bn while aligning the axis of the holder and the axis of the joint fitting 1 with the axis of the outer cylinder 6 to position the holder correctly at the center of the outer cylinder 6. With the holder thus positioned, the projection length of the joint fitting 1 which projects out of the form 12 is held constant. Under these conditions, an attaching bolt 10 is inserted into through holes 6c and 7c in the outer cylinder 6 and the cylindrical holder 7 and threadedly attached to a locknut 9 to attach the joint fitting 1 to the form 12 so as to keep the holder positioned.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily attach a joint fitment to a form. SOLUTION: A cylindrical holder 7 is clamped at the joint fitment 1 by engaging the fitment 1 with the holder 7 and engaging a mounting bolt 12 with a clamping nut 9. The holder 7 is then inserted into an outer cylinder 6, and a clamping nut 13 is engaged with the bolt 12. In this case, since the adhesive ring surface 6b of the cylinder 6 is contacted with the tapered outer surface 7a of the holder 7 and the tapered inner surface 6a of the cylinder 6 is joined with the tapered outer surface 7a of the holder 7, the holder 7 and the fitment 1 are brought at its central axis into coincidence with the central axis of the cylinder 6 and accurately positioned at the center of the cylinder 6 so that the fitment becomes perpendicular to the cylinder 6. Further, since a slight gap C is spaced between the cylinder 6 and the holder 7, even when a fine foreign matter such as a sand or the like is adhered thereto, the holder 7 can be smoothly inserted into the cylinder 6 without fail.

The bolt 9 fixed to the male joint metal fitting 8 is inserted from a hole 25 of the female joint metal fitting 20, an engaging groove of the locking plates 23 and 24 is fitted from both sides to the constricted part 14 of the bolt 9, and after locking the bolt 9 on the female joint metal fitting 20, the fastening gear 11 is rotated by a fastening tool, and the bolt 9 is drawn into the male joint metal fitting 8.

After engaging the head part 9b of the bolt 9 engaged with the fastening gear 12 with the ring 19a of the female joint metal fitting 2, the fastening gear 12 is rotated, and the bolt 9 is drawn into the male joint metal fitting 2.

SOLUTION: A joint fitting 1 is constituted of a male type joint 2 having a joint bar 11 formed with a drawdown portion 15 with the diameter smaller than that of a taper portion 14 at the tip and a female joint fitting 3 having a female joint main body 21 linking the joint bar 11 to be inserted. Inside the housing 23, a pair of linking members 25 to which fitting recessed portions 30 with the diameter almost equal to a drawdown portion 15 of the joint bar 11 at the opposite side are provided. To a slide recessed portion 31 formed at one linking member 25, a slide projected portion 32 formed at the other linking member 25 is fitted and it is made rotatable around fitted portion as the center. A leaf spring 33 for urging in a direction for putting both of the linking members 25 nearer is provided. The joint bar 11 is inserted to the female joint main body 21, the joint bar 11 is clamped by an urging force of the leaf spring 33, the fitted recessed portion 30 is fitted to the drawndown portion 15, the male joint fitting 2 is linked to the female joint fitting 3, and segments S are jointed together.

The joining end surfaces 3 of the segments 1 and 2 are put together, a fastening tool 20 is inserted from the communicating hole 14 of the segment 1, a fitting part 19 formed on the tip is fitted to a recessed part 9 of the bolt 10, and is moved in the direction for projecting from the joining end surfaces 3 while rotating the bolt 10, the screw part 11 of the bolt 10 is screwed on the insert nut 16, and the segments 1 and 2 are joined.

SOLUTION: A connection rod R is fixed in a predetermined position without moving at all because a nut is precisely fixed in the predetermined position of a housing case 2 by means of a rubber plate 3, a tilting elastic part 2b, and a positioning projection part 2c. Therefore, connection work for forcibly inserting the connection rod R between wedge blocks can be carried out properly. If shearing stress is applied to the connection rod R in the connected condition, the rubber plate 3 is elastically deformed and horizontally shifts the connection rod R in the radial direction with the nut. If external force tilting the central axis line O of the connection rod R is applied to the connection rod R, the tilting elastic part 2b and the rubber plate 3 are elastically deformed to tilt the connection rod R and the nut. Therefore, the external force is absorbed, and consequently, generation of a crack due to the external force can be prevented.

SOLUTION: There are provided a male joint 2 having a fitting member 3, for a joint portion of one member, and a female joint 27 having a fitted member 32, for a joint portion of the other member. The male joint 2 has a clamping means 9 for clamping the same, which includes a male screw portion 7 formed on the fitting member 3, a female screw portion 10 to be screwed onto the male screw portion 7, a pulley 12 arranged on the female screw portion 10, a winding member 14, and a rope member 17 wound across the pulley 12 and the winding member 14. When the fitted member 32 and the fitting member 3 are fitted to each other to wind the rope member 17 about the winding member 14, the pulley 12 and the female screw portion 10 are rotated in one body, and the female screw portion 10 is clamped to the male screw portion 7. Then, the fitting member 3 is pulled toward the male joint 2, and therefore the fitting member 3 and the fitted member 32 are fastened to each other, to thereby connect the two adjacent members 36, 36 together in one body.
