The communication terminal comprises: vehicle specification information transmission means which transmits vehicle specification information including information about the vehicle to the control server; and processing request transfer means which receives processing request to the vehicle from the control server and transfers the processing request to the vehicle. The control server comprises: reception means which receives the vehicle specification information; processing request generation means which generates processing request to the vehicle on the basis of the received vehicle specification information; and transmission means which transmits the processing request to the communication terminal. The vehicle comprises request processing means which receives the processing request from the communication terminal and executes the required processing.

SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control method is for oxidizing and removing the particulate matter in exhaust gas using the exhaust emission control device equipped with an oxidation catalyst disposed in an exhaust gas flow passage in which exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine flows.
