      SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp is composed of a glass tube 11 and a phosphor particle layer 15 which is formed on an inner surface of the glass tube 11 and is composed of a phosphor particle mixture of blue color emitting phosphor particles, red color emitting phosphor particles and green color emitting phosphor particles. An average gravity of the blue color emitting phosphor particles is 4.0±0.4 and the average gravity of the red color emitting phosphor particles is 4.0±0.4, and the average gravity of the green color emitting phosphor particles is 4.0±0.4, and the gravity of the phosphor particle mixture composing the phosphor particle layer is 4.0±0.4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem of a semiconductor light emitting device obtaining a white light with a sulfide phosphor that blackening on the surface of a lead frame reduces a reflection factor.
      SOLUTION: A semiconductor light emitting apparatus 1 comprises: an LED 3 which has electrodes 3a, 3b; a substrate 4 on which the LED 3 is mounted; lead frames 7, 8 which are connected to the electrodes 3a, 3b of the LED 3 via bonding wires 5, 6 respectively; and a sealing resin 9 which is placed on the lead frames 7, 8 with the LED 3, the substrate 4, and the bonding wires 5, 6 sealed (buried). A sulfide system phosphor 10 is mixed in the sealing resin 9. The sulfide system phosphor 10 is hit by a light emitted from the LED 3, to emit the white light. Reflection film layers 14 as the surfaces of the lead frames 7, 8 are made of any of tin, nickel, aluminum, platinum, bismuth, rhodium, titanium, and tantalum, which are difficult to be blackened by the sulfide of the sulfide system phosphor 10.
