    • A safety container includes a container main body, an internal cap configured to be fit to an opening part of the container main body, and an external cap configured to be fit to the internal cap rotatably and moveably in upper and lower directions. The external cap is not rotated with the internal cap in a case where only the external cap is rotated in an opening direction. The external cap is rotated in a state where the external cap is pressed toward an internal cap side so that the external cap and the internal cap are engaged and the internal cap is opened and separated from the container main body. The safety container further comprises an inner ring having an end part where an engaging part engaged at a top part of the opening part of the container main body is provided and another end part where a slide contact part is provided. The internal cap is rotated with the external cap while the internal cap slides and contacts the slide contact part, by rotating the external cap in the opening direction in a state where the external cap is pressed toward the internal cap side until a rotation angle reaches a designated angle.

    • The present invention provides new silica composite capsules that can be easily prepared, a composition containing the silica composite capsules, and a transparent gel-form composition excellent in appearance transparency and texture in use, and in particular, a transparent gel-form composition with improved cleansing properties when used as a cleanser. Micelle/silica composite capsules can easily be obtained, in an aqueous system, by mixing a material capable of forming micelles in water and a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure in aqueous solution. In addition, emulsion/silica composite capsules wherein the periphery of emulsion particles in the inner phase is coated with silica, can easily be obtained by mixing a surfactant, water, an oil, and a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure. Moreover, a transparent gel-form composition showing excellent appearance transparency, the texture in use and cleansing properties, can be obtained by blending a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure into the formulation that contains a surfactant, an oil and water, and capable of taking a surfactant association structure with aqueous continuous phase or both of aqueous continuous phase and oil continuous phase in the formulation.

    • The object of the present invention is to provide a production method of water-soluble silane derivatives, the separation and purification of which are easy, and the reaction for which can be conducted under an industrially practicable temperature condition (under the temperature condition of 90° C. or lower) and to provide compounds with which solid gelatinous external preparations, with excellent stability against a temperature change and against an effect of additives and with excellent usability, can be prepared. The water-soluble silane derivative could be formed by the substitution reaction of a metal alkoxide with a polyhydric alcohol under the presence of a solid catalyst. According to this production method, the separation of the catalyst from the product is very easy, and the reaction can be carried out under the temperature condition of 90° C. or lower. The obtained water-soluble metal alcoholate derivative can satisfactory solidify an aqueous formulation of an external preparation by its blending thereinto. The obtained solid gelatinous external preparation has excellent stability against a temperature change and against the effect of additives. In addition, the external preparation is easily disintegrated during use; thus the usability such as easiness to be scooped up with fingers and spreadability during application is excellent.
