摘要： PURPOSE:To exactly inject a chemical grout by a method in which a rubber tube is provided to at least a part of the side of an outer cylinder near the tip of a two-component type chemical grout injection pipe in such a way as to make it closely contact with the wall face of a hole by action of a screwing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A chemical grout pipe is penetrated to a given depth into the pit of the ground. When a regulating nut 5 is turned toward the clamping direction while an outer pipe 6 is pushed, an inner tube connection pipe 9, an inner tube top 12, an inner tube connection pipe 10 coupled with the top 12 and an inner operating tube 3 are relatively pulled up. When an operating adaptor 22 is pushed up to the surface of the ground, a rubber tube 2 is bend outerwards. Furthermore, when the screwing mechanism is continuously operated, the rubber tube 2 is closely contacted with the wall face of the pit to effect a packering function. After a chemical grout is injected, the screwing mechanism is inversely operated, and the rubber tube 2 is restored to its original position for next grouting operations.

CONSTITUTION:The small hole 3 in an inner tube 2 is closed with a sliding pipe 4, a pressure water is passed through the tube 2 from the upper part of a grouting pipe device 1, and while turning the device 1, the pressure water is injected into the ground for exacavation. One component of a two-component type chemical grout is sent into the tube 2, and the other component is sent under pressure into a flow path 7. The slide pipe 4 is pushed down against a spring 8 by the pressure of the path 7 and fitted into an inner wall 9 to close the flow path of pressure water. Chemical grout in the tube 2 reaches the small hole 11 of the outer tube 6 through small holes 3 and 10, chemical grout passing through the path 7 reaches the small hole 11 through an orifice 12, and they are mixed with each other in a mixing chamber 13 and jetted from slits 15.

The chemical grout is injected while turning the rod, and when the injection of chemical grout is discontinued on the way of the injection work, the inner and outer nozzles 37 and 38 are soon closed by recovery force of a rubber valve. Since the chemical grout is not hardened thereby, the injection of chemical grout can be made any time without causing any trouble in the vertical slide action of the piston.

When the rod is pulled up after a given depth is reached, the fluid in the inside flow path 28 and the fluid in the outside flow path are mixed in a discharge path 35, and the chemical grout is injected from all-around slits 36. The injecting range of chemical grout is confirmed from the lowering of electric resistance by flowing electric current in the terminal 1, and chemical grout is additionally injected as needed.
