    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication regulating device which prevents communication of high charges which is not intended by a telephone subscriber or a payer of telephone charges and also enables such a communication when it is needed. SOLUTION: A switching means 25 which switches between a connection line means 29 to a telephone set 7 and the connection to a telephone number signal regulating means 31. The means 31 consists of a detecting means 33 which connects to the set 7 and a switching part 35 which receives a detection signal from the part 33 and outputs a telephone number signal to a subscriber's line 27, and the part 35 outputs a telephone number signal to the line 27 when it receives information for domestic communication from the part 33 and stops sending a telephone number signal when it receives information for international communication. The means 25 is operated by the rotations of a rotational switching key.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively extract and obtain at a low cost an antioxidant and an active-oxygen eliminator by concentrating an org.-solvent extract soln. of prune fruits. SOLUTION: The antioxidant is obtd. by extracting prune fruits with a hydrophilic org. solvent, partitioning the extract between water and a fat-sol. org. solvent, and concentrating the resultant org. solvent layer or by extracting the fruits with water, extracting the extraction residue with a fat-sol. org. solvent, and concentrating the resultant extract. The eliminator is obtd. by extracting the fruits with water and removing fibers and saccharides from the extract or by extracting the fruits with a hydrophilic org. solvent and removing saccharides from the extract. Since the major part of the active antioxidant component is fat-sol., an antioxidant having a strong activity similar to DL-α- tocopherol, BHT, or BHA is obtd. by extracting the fruits with a fat-sol. solvent followed by concentration. Since the major part of the active-oxygen-eliminating component is water-sol., the eliminator is obtd. by the extraction with water or a hydrophilic org. solvent followed by the removal of fibers and saccharides from the extract.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the agent containing the water or hydrophilic organic solvent extract of Mesona Procumbens Hemsl as an active ingredient, having a high SOD-like activity and an antioxidizing activity, preventing the deterioration in the quality of a food, a food additive, a cosmetic, etc., due to their oxidation, and eliminating active oxygen. CONSTITUTION:This antioxidizing agent and this active oxygen-eliminating agent are originated from Mesona-Procumbens-Hemsl. Preferably, the antioxidizing agent and the active oxygen-eliminating agent contain the dried product or water or hydrophilic organic solvent (preferably ethanol) extract of the Mesona-Procumbens- Hemsl as the active ingredient. The extract is obtained e.g. by washing the dried Mesona-Procumbens-Hemsl with water, finely cutting the washed Mesona-Procumbens- Hemsl, adding 2000ml of boiling water to the finely cut Mesona-Procumbens-Hemsl, extracting the mixture with hot water for 5min under heating with a weak fire, filtering off impurities from the extract with a 120 mesh metal net, concentrating the filtrate into a weight of 1/10 at 50 deg.C under vacuum, and subsequently lyophilizing the concentrated extract over a night to give the brown dry powder in an amount of approximately 1.5-3.0g per 15g of the raw material.
