    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting/receiving a control message among a serving gateway and a PDN(Packet Data Network) gateway and an MME(Mobility Management Entity) existing on an extended femto base station.SOLUTION: A local IP access support method comprises: a step that when a service request is received from a terminal, an initial terminal message including the information of a local gateway is generated and transferred to a mobility management entity; a step that an initial context setting request message including information necessary for radio bearer formation to be transferred from the mobility management entity is received and stored; a step that a PDN connection request for local IP access is received from the terminal, and transferred to the mobility management entity; a step that when the mobility management entity transfers the bearer generation request to the local gateway, the local gateway forms the radio bearer. The local gateway is positioned on the femto cell.

    • An apparatus and a method for transmitting/receiving packet data in a mobile communication system are provided to transmit plural packets through a single slot by using a PCP(Primary Control Preamble) or by blind-decoding a coded control channel. It is determined whether to transmit plural packet data in a single slot. When plural packet data is transmitted in a single slot, a preamble, a PCP(Primary Control Preamble), a coded control channel and the packet data are transmitted. The PCP includes information on the number of control channels which include a MAC(Media Access Control) ID(Identification). When plural packet data are transmitted in a single slot, a coded control channel and packet data, without a preamble, are transmitted. When plural packet data are transmitted in a single slot, a superposition-coded PCP, control channels and packet data are transmitted.

    • A temporary identifier generation method of a mobile terminal for resource allocation in a mobile communication system, a resource allocation information transceiving device using the method, and a method thereof are provided to reduce the number of requested bits of an identifier of a terminal allocated with a lot of resources, thereby more saving an amount of data of resource allocation information. Plural nodes are generated according to each node identifier for indicating plural mobile terminals, and the generated nodes are arranged on the basis of frequency information of resource allocation(501,503). At least one internal node which has two nodes having the smallest frequency information values as child nodes is generated, and frequency information of the internal nodes is calculated(505,507). Until the at least one internal node becomes one route node, nodes which include the internal nodes are repeatedly arranged according to the frequency information except the child nodes(509). A path which reaches nodes located at an end portion from the route node is configured as binary information in a tree structure of the generated nodes, to generate temporary identifiers(511-517).

    • According to the present invention, a method for controlling device triggering in a mobile communication system comprises the steps of: registering a default urgent level of a terminal when the terminal is connected; receiving a device trigger register including urgent level information transmitted from an application server, and setting the received urgent level in a packet filter; and comparing, upon reception of a downlink data packet from the application server, a default urgent level and an urgent level of the application server so as to determine whether or not to transmit a downlink data notification. The method for controlling device triggering in a mobile communication system further comprises the steps of: receiving a device trigger register including wait time information transmitted from an application server, and then setting the received wait time in the packet filter; and buffering during the wait time upon reception of the downlink data packet from the application server, and then determining a downlink data notification transmission upon expiration of the wait time.
