摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a tissue array capable of surely fixing even roll-shaped tissue pieces of different diameters to a block.SOLUTION: In a producing method of a tissue array that comprises a roll-shaped tissue piece 6 formed by winding sheet-like tissue piece 8 in a roll shape arranged on a base plate in an array state: a holding member 16 for holding a plurality of roll-shaped tissue pieces 6 so that axial directions of the tissue pieces 6 are oriented in a vertical direction is arranged in a container 10 in which a melted embedding agent is poured and stored; a substrate block 40 comprising the plurality of roll-shaped tissue pieces 6 arranged in the array state is formed by holding each of roll-shaped tissue pieces 6 by the holding member 16 and pouring the embedding agent into the container 10; and the tissue array is produced by slicing the substrate block 40 so that the roll-shaped tissue pieces 6 are sliced in round shape and arranging the sliced pieces on the base plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for forming a tissue piece capable of stably and accurately performing a winding around a mandrel when a sheet-like tissue piece is wound in a roll shape.SOLUTION: A tissue piece is used as each of tissue pieces in a tissue array in which the tissue pieces are arranged in an array state on a base plate. In a method for forming a roll-shaped tissue piece 6 by winding a sheet-like tissue piece 8 in a roll shape: a sheet-like tissue piece 8 is created by slicing a tissue block 5 comprising tissues embedded by an embedding agent; the sheet-like tissue piece 8 is placed on a mounting table 12; peeling means 13 is provided between the mounting table 12 and the tissue piece 8 so that the tissue piece 8 can be peeled easily from the mounting table 12; and a mandrel 11 is wound on the tissue piece 8 while heating the tissue piece 8 on the mounting table 12.
