SOLUTION: The maximum size of aggregate is not more than 5 mm. If it exceeds the level the permeability of bedrock increase while the strength decreases. The use amount of hydraulic inorganic material is 5-15 wt.pts. and if it is below the range the rigidity of substrate material after hardened increases while the bending characteristic decreases if it exceeds the range to cause generation of cracking. The use amount of modified asphalt emulsion is 10-25 wt.pts. and if it is below the range a specified permeability is not attained while the stability decreases if it is over the range. The use amount of thermosetting resin emulsion is 1.5-6 wt.pts. and if it is below the range the durability decreases while the shock resistance decreases if it is over the range. In forming the bedrock of road, execution of pavement may be done under a normal temperature. Accordingly, there occurs no cutback or swelling phenomenon of front surface material, and the hardening time can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly drain water of thawed snow piled at the side end of a road or stagnant rainwater by installing a draining pavement structure using a mixture for normal temperature pavement so as to abut on a newly paving structure at the side end of the road. SOLUTION: The road side end of the surface course 3 in an existing paved road is cut off and a mixture for normal temp. pavement is laid instead of it to construct a draining pavement structure 2. A tack coat is preferably applied on the upper face of the base course 4 or an exposed face or the like of a side drain such as a U-shaped ditch 7 and a water discharge pipe is preferably installed. A pipe that a stainless steel belt is wound spirally or the like is used for the water discharge pipe 6. The draining pavement structure 2 is constructed in the road side end and the width X is made 10-200 cm. The mixture for normal temp. pavement is made to have a percentage of void of 10-30%. As the mixing ratio, 0-15 pts.wt. of an asphalt emulsion and 1-15 pts.wt. of a hydraulic inorganic material are used against 100 pts.wt. of aggregate. In this way, water of thawed snow piled at the road side in a snowfall district or stagnant rainwater or the like can be effectively drained.
