摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the heat of condensate and to relieve the load on a steam type hot-blast producer by directing the condensate from the producer into a heat exchanger incorporating heat pipes, re-evaporating the condensate to recover the waste heat, and preheating the feed air by the recovered heat. CONSTITUTION:Feed air is driven by a blower 5 to flow from an inlet pipe 3 through the feed air chamber 14 of a preheater 6 into a hot-blast producer 7, and the resultant hot blast is discharged from an outlet pipe 12. Steam flows from a feed air pipe 8 into the producer 7, where it turns into high-pressure condensate through the heat exchange with the feed air; the condensate flows through an exhaust pipe 9 into the condensate chamber 10 of the preheater 6, where it re-evaporates and then turns into low-temperature condensate while giving its heat to the feed air (fed from the inlet pipe 3) through the heat pipes 1, before discharged into the atmosphere via a discharge pipe 11. Thus, the heat of the high-pressure condensate can be utilized effectively, the load on the steam type hot-blast producer can be relieved, and the use life of the producer can be elongated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively wash the outer surface of louvers by providing a louver tower furnished with plural louvers and forming the passage into which the fluid consisting of the gas mixed with granular body is supplied in the inner part of the louver tower. CONSTITUTION:The washing liquid jetted from nozzles 30 washes the louver tower 3 and its supporting frame, and then, a part of the washing liquid falls down from the inner part of the louver tower 3 to the lower end wall part 24, and the other part of the washing liquid flows out to a gas passage 22 and falls down to the end wall 12. A draining opening 35 is provided in the end wall 12 to recover the washing liquid, and the draining opening 35 is connected with a washing liquid tank 39 through a draining pipe 38. The washing liquid in the washing liquid tank 39 is pressurized and sent into a header pipe 25 by a pump 41 and jetted through the nozzles 30. By this method, the granular body is effectively washed out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control an air blasting quantity and a gas quantity and obtain a burning controller capable of safely burning a gas burning boiler by providing an intermediate value computing element for dividing its difference into several parts to change the output in an aimed data value stagedly when output data is changed to a next output data. CONSTITUTION:The difference of existing data and the output data output from a main controller 21 composed of a PID computing element 23, a load position determining computing element 25, an output data selecting computing element 24 and the like is divided into several parts by an intermediate value computing element 38. A lifting detector 37 judges whether the several parts- divided data are output in the direction in which they are larger than the existing data or smaller than the existing data. The output for a servo controller 40 of a gas supply valve 44 is performed at the time when data signals agree with the divided output data in the case where the divided data is larger than the existing data. In the case where the divided data are becoming smaller than the existing data, the output is performed for an air damper 45 after pulse data are agreed with them. Therefore, accidental fire of air shortage can be prevented.
