    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure storage water amount during shortage of water easily by adjusting a water level in a vertical pit provided in rock-bed underground water take-out facility and controlling amount of rock-bed underground water which gushes out in the rock-bed underground water take-out facility. SOLUTION: Rock-bed underground water Wa gushes out mainly through many water collection holes 20 provided on a wall face 11 of a water collection tunnel 10 of water take-out facility 100 of rock-bed underground water take-out facility 500 provided on the ground 5 around a dam toward the inside of a rock-bed 7 and the wall face 11 and is stored in a vertical pit 50. A water level H in the vertical pit 50 is increased up to the height at which amount of rock-bed underground water Wa becomes the required amount by adjusting pumping force of a pumping device 70 while observing a water level gage 60. During the shortage of water, the water level H in the vertical pit 50 is reduced down to a water level H1 at the time of shortage of water to increase gushing out amount of rock-bed underground water Wa and take out the rock-bed underground water Wa so that it is supplied into a water reservoir through a water feed path 200. Moreover, when the supply of rock-bed underground water Wa is not necessary at all at the time other than the time of shortage of water, gushing out amount of rock-bed underground water Wa is eliminated by matching the water level H with an underground water level Ho to stop the supply thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To less expensively and efficiently carry out water intake by collecting base rock underground water from a water collecting hole of a water collecting tunnel provided in a base rock and reserving it in a water reservoir and pumping it up on the ground by a pumping device. SOLUTION: A water collecting tunnel 10 is formed in a base rock 3 so that a bottom part 12 is lowered toward a water collecting part 13, and a large number of water collecting holes 20, 20 are provided toward the base rock 3 on its wall surface 11. Thereafter, base rock underground water Wa collected from the water collecting holes 20 is reserved in a water reservoir 30 depressed and formed in the water collecting part 13. Thereafter, a pumping device 40 furnished with a pumping pipe 41 and a pump 43 is provided in a communicating tunnel 200 which is a vertical shaft formed immediately above the reservoir 30, and the base rock underground water Wa in the reservoir 30 is pumped up on the ground. Additionally, in a base rock underground water intake facility provided in a seaside area 1, intake water is prevented from becoming brackish water by providing brackish water preventive hole 310, 310 on the sea side of the water collecting tunnel 10 and injecting and supplying cultivating water Wb by a cultivating water supply means 320 constituted of an injection pipe 321, a pressure device 323, a water quality adjusting tank 324, etc.
