Strength is exhibited by comminuting the electric furnace reduction slag to a particle diameter equal to that of the coal ash before addition to the coat ash, and the production of the coal ash granulated material is facilitated by adding 1-5% bentonite based on the amount of the coal ash to the mixture.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for crystallizing waste and harmful matters, which increases applications of waste and harmful matters by controlling so that a melt treated matter is crystallized in a desired state in a melt treatment of waste and harmful matters. SOLUTION: In this crystallization method, 0.1-10 mass % of alumina powder is mixed with waste and harmful matter. The mixture is heated up to a melting point higher at least by 200 deg.C than a melt flow point, after the melting, the mixture is held in a temperature range lower by 100 deg.C than the softening point, or lower by 150-200 deg.C than the softening point at least for one hour. By this process, crystallization of the melt treated matters of waste and harmful matters is controlled, while the viscosity is being lowered, the homogenization of the whole matter is attained to promote the crystallization, accordingly an appropriate classification is made in the production as aggregates and special stones for the waste and harmful matters.
