Then, the welding start command is given to a first controller and a servo motor is driven by the control signal from the second controller, a rotary shaft 8 is turned through a coupling, a part D to be turned is turned in the direction of the arrow X, and the work W is also turned in the X direction. The tip of the welding torch 13 is set in a rearward tilted manner to the advancing direction B of the welding. As the turning system is turned in the direction of X, the welding torch 13 constantly achieves the welding of the lowest part P.

The conveyor device 15 of the preserving stand 13 is driven by the motive power source mounted on the moving carriage 11. Therefore, a driving source for the preserving stand can be saved.
