摘要： The invention provides a process for separating at least part of a gaseous product from a feed stream which comprises contaminants, the process comprising : 1 ) providing (1 ) the feed stream; 2) cooling the feed stream to a temperature at which a slurry stream is formed which comprises solid contaminant, liquid phase contaminant and the gaseous product; 3) introducing the slurry stream as obtained in step 2) via a plurality of tangentially directed inlet means (3), with a small inlet angle, into an upper part of a separation device (4), thereby creating a swirl of the slurry stream which allows at least part of the gaseous product to flow upwardly and solid contaminant and liquid phase contaminant to flow downwardly; 4) removing (5) at least part of the gaseous product from the upper part of the device; and 5) removing (6) a stream comprising liquid phase contaminant from a lower part of the device. The invention further relates to a cryogenic separation device for carrying out the process according to the present invention.

摘要： The invention provides a process for removing gaseous contaminants from a feed gas stream which comprises methane and gaseous contaminants, in which process the feed gas stream is cooled to obtain a slurry which comprises solid contaminant, liquid phase contaminant and a methane enriched gaseous phase, the slurry so obtained is introduced into a cryogenic separation device in which from the top part the methane enriched gaseous phase is removed, the slurry is diluted with liquid phase contaminant and passed through a heat exchanger wherein solid contaminant is melted into liquid phase contaminant, at least part of the liquid phase contaminant so obtained is recycled to dilute the slurry inside the separation device, a stream comprising liquid phase contaminant is removed from the separation device at a position below the slurry level in the separation device by means of a pump, preferably an eductor and at least part of the removed liquid phase contaminant is recovered as a stream product and at least part is recycled to the eductor for use as a motive fluid in case an eductor is used and subsequently introduced into the separation device to dilute the slurry inside the separation device. The invention further concerns a device for carrying out the present process, the purified gas stream, and a process for liquefying a feed gas stream.

摘要： A method and cyclonic separator are disclosed for degassing a fluid mixture comprising a carrier liquid and gaseous and/or vaporizable components, wherein: the fluid mixture is accelerated in a throat section (6, 21) of a vortex tube (1, 20) such that the static pressure of the fluid mixture is decreased and vaporizable components evaporate into a gaseous phase and the fluid mixture flows as a substantially homogeneously dispersed gas-liquid mixture through the throat section; the accelerated fluid mixture is induced to swirl within a tubular mid section of the vortex tube such that the fluid mixture is separated by centrifugal forces into a degassed liquid fraction and a gas enriched fraction; the degassed liquid fraction is induced to flow into a annular liquid outlet conduit (4, 21); and the gas enriched fraction is induced to flow into a central gas outlet conduit(3, 24). An advantage of inducing the fluid mixture to flow as a substantially homogeneously dispersed gas-liquid mixture through the throat section is that the velocity of sound in such a mixture is low, thereby increasing the Mach number and the pressure reduction in the throat section and enhancing evaporation of gas bubbles in the mixture.

摘要： A non-leaching adhesive system and its use in a liquid immersion objective for immersion-writing of masters for optical discs are disclosed. The adhesive system comprises at least one monomer, selected from among the group of acrylate and methacrylate monomers, allylic monomers, norbornene monomers, hybrid monomers thereof, containing chemically different polymerizable groups, and multifunctional thiol monomers, provided that said thiol is used in combination with at least one of said non-thiol monomers; and a polymerization initiator. At least one of said monomers, not being a thiol, is provided with at least two functional polymerizable groups to obtain a crosslinked polymer network. The polymerization initiator is preferably an initiator that can be activated both thermally and with UV radiation. The adhesive system may further contain a reactive diluent. Further the use of the present adhesive system in mounting a liquid immersion objective is disclosed.

摘要： The present invention provides a method to separate CO2 from a contaminated hydrocarbon-containing stream. The method comprises obtaining a multiphase contaminated hydrocarbon-containing stream (100) containing at least a vapour phase, a liquid phase and a solid phase, creating a slurry stream (120) from the multiphase stream. The slurry stream is fed to a crystallization chamber comprising CO2 seed particles. A liquid hydrocarbon stream (170) is obtained from the crystallization chamber (91) and a concentrated slurry (140) is obtained. The concentrated slurry (140) is removed from the crystallization chamber (91) by means of an extruder (142), thereby obtaining solid CO2. A feedback stream (141) is obtained from the solid CO2 comprising CO2 seed particles having an average size greater than 100 micron. The feedback stream (141) is passed into the crystallization chamber (91).
