摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut off the internal surface of a tunnel safely and efficiently by providing a movable stand on a base capable of moving in the direction of the tunnel, and providing a cutter head to a cutting arm section mounted to a turning head capable of rotating around the directional of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION:The height is controlled by an outrigger 35 of a cutting device, and the cutting is stabilized by a side jack 36. After that, a cutter head 1 is fitted to a cutting position by expansion of a positioning jack 30, and after the direction is controlled by expansion control of a cutter head correction jack 29, an arm turning board 31 is rotated to cut off the internal surface. Then, after the cutting off of one cycle in the circumferential direction is completed, a movable stand 39 is moved forward by expansion of a hydraulic cylinder 37, and cutting off operation is repeated. The positioning jack 30 and movable stand 39 are operated simultaneously to correspond with the variation in curvature. According to the consitiution, the internal surface of the tunnel can be cut off with a high degree of accuracy.

The lower stage gantry 10 and the upper stage gentry 12 are separatively connected with a connection rod (equivalent to a train connector). This construction makes it possible to shorten the length of each gantry and reduce the total weight of the whole equipment dramatically.

A hydraulic cylinder 9 is shrunk, an injection nozzle 2 is rotated to the position of usage, and the injection nozzle is directed toward each direction and ready-mixed concrete is sprayed against the wall surface of a tunnel. Rock bolts are driven to bedrock from the upper section of the scaffold 12. Accordingly, various work with tunnel construction can be executed by one excavator.
