    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel excavating/lining construction method and a device therefor being easy in the replacement of an excavator and a lining form in a tunnel performed between an excavating process and a lining process of the tunnel, requiring no exclusive equipment such as a form carrying rail, capable of shortening required time between the excavating process and the lining process and capable of reducing labor and a cost. SOLUTION: After an excavating process by a free cross section excavator 1, a portable NTL form 2 is carried up to a working face by this free cross section excavator 1 to be expanded/fixed to perform a lining process by placing concrete between the working face and natural ground, and after hardening the concrete, the portable NTL form 2 is contracted to be separated from a mold, and a process of carrying this up to a rear retreat position by the free cross section excavator 1 is repeated so as to obviate carrying exclusive equipment of the portable NTL form 2 as well as to easily replace the excavator 1 and the portable NTL form 2 in a tunnel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation stirring wing holding device of a soil cement composite pile formation device having few accidents, good workability and working efficiency without using any shear pin. SOLUTION: For the excavation stirring wing holding device of the soil cement synthetic pile formation device by pivoting the basic end sections 21 of excavation stirring wings 2A, 2B and 2C extended to the outside from a hollow pipe on brackets 11 provided to an excavation stirring rod 1 inserted into the hollow pipe 4 and mounting an excavation wing 5 for excavating the bottom of a pile tunnel on the lower end in an oscillating manner, the excavation stirring wing holding device 3 is constituted of excavation stirring wing holding pieces 32 of metal plates arranged to supporting frames 12 provided to an excavation stirring rod 1 in an exchangeable manner and engaging sections 31 formed in the basic end sections of the excavation stirring wings 2A, 2B and 2C coming into contact with the excavation stirring wing holding pieces 32, and it is so constituted that the oscillation is allowed within a range of predetermined angles of the excavation stirring wings 2A, 2B and 2C by elastic deformation of the excavation stirring wing holding pieces 32 and, at the same time, that the excavation stirring wings 2A, 2B and 2C are oscillated and reduced diameters by plastic deformation of the excavation stirring wing pieces 32 to enable them to pass through the inside of the hollow pipe 4.
