摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of work for a tunnel excavator by permitting the installation of a drilling machine to an excavator having a free cross section, making the mechanisms of these machines smaller and simpler thereby allowing the use of the drilling machine at the same time without replacing the work machine in a tunnel having a small cross section. SOLUTION: A guide member 4 of a drilling machine 3 is slid between a fixing bracket 5 formed to the excavating boom 2 of the excavator 1 having the free cross section and a storage bracket 6 formed at the side of the excavator main body 7 at the rear of the excavating boom 2, thereby arranging in a fixing manner selectively and movably.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a quick primary lining without replacing excavators and earth carrying machines by downsizing a form by division into an upper portion and a lower portion, and making them travel on two rails installed on a ceiling separately. SOLUTION: An upper form 1 is comprised of multiple partial forms 1a, 1b, 1c that can be spread and fixed, and folded. The partial forms 1a and 1b are connected to each other with a hinge locking device 2 so that they may be spread and folded. In the partial form 1a, a strut pipe 5 is lifted and lowered with right and left chain blocks. Two rails 9, 9 are suspended from the ceiling slidably, and a travel frame and a two-point horizontal electric chain block 36 are installed independently so that they can travel on the rails 9. A lifting frame 12 is fixed to the travel frame, and lifted with a form lift. By traveling the form on the ceiling rails 9 excavation of a space in the center and the next work can be done and then quick execution of the excavation and lining of a large cross section is also made possible.

SOLUTION: After an excavating process by a free cross section excavator 1, a portable NTL form 2 is carried up to a working face by this free cross section excavator 1 to be expanded/fixed to perform a lining process by placing concrete between the working face and natural ground, and after hardening the concrete, the portable NTL form 2 is contracted to be separated from a mold, and a process of carrying this up to a rear retreat position by the free cross section excavator 1 is repeated so as to obviate carrying exclusive equipment of the portable NTL form 2 as well as to easily replace the excavator 1 and the portable NTL form 2 in a tunnel.
