    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a pavement plate for crossing a railway line at low costs while reducing a weight thereof and to easily lay the pavement plate for railway line crossing by simplifying the structure thereof.SOLUTION: In a pavement plate 1 for crossing a railway line, an intra-gauge pavement plate 2 installed within a gauge while including legs 22, 32 in both longitudinal side ends of rear sides of sheet-shaped top face plates 21, 31 and an out-of-gauge pavement plate 3 are disposed in parallel. Simultaneously with connecting and fixing the intra-gauge pavement plate 2 and the out-of-gauge pavement plate 3, opposing legs 22 of the intra-gauge pavement plate 2 are fixed using inner plate connection brackets 5 abutted to the lateral side ends of the legs 22, and the intra-gauge pavement plates 2 are connected and fixed with each other.

      SOLUTION: This rail emergency treatment unit has a splice plate 51, a splice plate pressing-down metal fitting 52 pressed down from the outside of a belly part of the splice plate 51, a pressing bolt 53 projectable by threadedly engaging with a bolt hole 52a of the splice plate pressing-down metal fitting 52, a fixing nut 54 capable of fixing the pressing bolt 53 to the splice plate pressing-down metal fitting 52 by threadedly engaging with the pressing bolt 53, an insulating rubber plate 55 composed of an electrically insulating material and capable of being brought into close contact with a first surface S1 of a projecting wall 41, and a bolt pressing-receiving member 56 arranged in close contact on its insulating rubber plate and receiving pressing force from the pressing bolt 53. The bolt pressing-receiving member 56 is provided with a bending part 56b for preventing the pressing bolt 53 from moving in the rail direction by creepingly advancing force in the rail direction by engaging with a second surface S2 of the projecting wall 41.
