    • PURPOSE:To improve the extent of operatability, by constituting the above-captioned device, for keeping electric potential at a working spot and that at an operator himself equally, to be connectedly usable without setting it each time in case of changing the working position, when hot-line work on an electric-car line is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A movable plate 2 is attached to a base plate 1 horizontally clamped to an upper end of an insulator tube 10 free of movement along a long hole 1a installed in this base plate, and plural pieces of U-shaped metal devices 4 and 5 are clamped to the base plate 1 and the movable plate 2 respectively with a bolt 7. Each roller 6 is supported on these metal devices 4 and 5 free of rotation. And, the movable plate 2 is energized toward the base plate 1 by a tension spring 9 being stretched between the plate and the base plate 1. A stopper rod 11 with a handle 11a is inserted into the insulator tube 10, and the upper end is pierced through the base plate 1 whereby it is made insertable in a hole 2c of the movable plate 2. This stopper rod 11 is energized upward by dint of a spring 14 being interposed between spring bearing plates 12 and 13. And, an electric-car line T is made pinchable between plural rollers 6 free of detachment and vice versa.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting hanger ear for electric overhead wire having a function for electrically connecting a hanging wire and a trolley wire, capable of reducing a number of components, and capable of facilitating handling such as mounting.
SOLUTION: The connecting hanger ear 1 equipped with a hanger bar 2 having a hook 2c for hooking the hanging wire M and an ear 3 for grasping the trolley wire T is provided with a clamp 4 for grasping the hanging wire M, a conductor 5 extending from the clamp 4, and a sleeve 6 for fixing the conductor 5 on the hanger bar 2. The trolley wire T is supported by the hanging wire M, and the trolley wire T is electrically connected to the hanging wire M through the conductor 5 and the hanger bar 2. By fixing the clamp 4 on the hanging wire M while play is maintained without stretching the conductor 5, the conductor 5 flexibly follows the hanger bar 2 even when the trolley wire T is pushed up by passing of a pantograph. Thus, the electric current can be supplied from the hanging wire M to the trolley wire T through the conductor 5 regardless of the quality of the electric connection state of the hook 2c to the hanging wire M.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting conductor integral type rigid electric overhead line easy to carry out erecting work and maintenance thereof and to maintain favourable electrically conductive performance for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The rigid electric overhead line 1 is constituted by continuously hanging and supporting a lengthy electric overhead wire rod 2 made of well electrically conductive metal such as copper, copper alloy, etc., on a ceiling S of a tunnel by a suspension metal fitting H. A supporting plate part 3 and a vertical plate part 4 are provided on the electric overhead wire rod 2. An abrasion allowable range 4a by sliding of a pantagraph is provided on a lower edge with a projected line 4b of the vertical plate part 4 as a border. An extended part 4c and a connecting part 4d are provided on both end parts of the electric overhead wire rod 2. The electric overhead wire rods 2 are connected to each other by mating ends 3a of the support plate parts of the electric overhead wire rods 2 ajoining to each other with each other, polymerizing the connecting parts 4d with each other and fastening them by nuts 5. Reinforcing members 6 are polymerized so as to run along the supporting plate parts 3 of both of the electric overhead wire rods 2, fastened and fixed by bolts and nuts 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train cable support device supporting a suspended wire and a trolley so that a train cable inspection device can smoothly travel. SOLUTION: Each support member 2 is supported on the ceiling or the like of a tunnel through an insulator 7. A main pipe 3 is fixed to the support members 2 at its base end and extends nearly horizontally in a direction crossing a train track. An arm support fitting 4 is fixed to the main pipe 3. Curvilinear pull fittings 5 are horizontally rotatably supported at their base ends by the arm support fitting 4 and hold trolley cables T1 and T2 at their tip parts. A suspended wire support member 6 is fixed to the main pipe 3 and nearly horizontally support two suspended cables F1 and F2 at its upper part. The suspended cable support member 6 has a mounting member 8 for fixing it to the main pipe 3, and respective pairs of support pulleys 9 and roller guides 10 supported thereby. The support pulleys 9 axially movably mount and receive the suspended wires F1 and F2. The roller guides 10 cover the upper parts of the suspended wires F1 and F2 while passing them between the support pulleys 9 and themselves so as to allow the train cable inspection device 31 to smoothly travel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively transmit the wave motion of a trolley wire at the part where a hanger is mounted and to damp the wave motion with a lightweight and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: A hanger 3 has a hanger 4 and a grip member 5. A rubber elastic body 7 is vulcanized and integrally fixed to the curved part 6 of the hanger 4. The base of the rubber elastic body 7 wraps the curved part 6 uniformly. A protruding part 9 protrudes toward a hanging wire 2 with a horizontal cross-sectional area thereof gradually from the base 8 and contacts the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 10a of a protection cover 10 fixed to the hanging wire 2 at the protruding end. The wave motion of a trolley wire 1 produced when the pantograph of a train passes transmits a hanging part without producing a large reflection wave by means of the rubber elastic body 7 having a relatively large transmitting coefficient of wave motion. At the same time, vibration energy transmitted to the hanger is damped by the rubber elastic body 7 to prevent the vibration of the trolley wire 1. Accordingly the separating ratio of the trolley wire 1 from the pantograph is reduced to collect electricity stably and the stress to the hanger 3 is reduced to make the life of the hanger 3 longer.
