摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain suppression of a fluctuation in a hanging position due to lateral wind, the high-speed operation of an electric car, and a stringing structure with easy manufacture, installation and maintenance in a catenary type rigid body electric traction. SOLUTION: A cut line for clamping a trolley wire is formed at the lower end of a clamping rigid body 1, a protruding edge for expanding the cut line is formed at both sides thereof, and a locking groove 7 for a hanger 12 is formed at both sides thereof. The hanger 12 is suspended from a catenary wire 13, and a clamping rigid body 1 which clamps the trolley wire 11 is suspended from its lower part. The clamping rigid body 1 is formed into a rectangular tubular shape with four corner curved surfaces, so that displacement due to lateral wind is relieved. The locking grooves 7 on both sides have little wind resistance against the lateral wind, so as to contribute to prevent a position fluctuation by wind pressure. By a flat surface at its upper part, torsion at the time of extrusion forming is prevented. The hanger 12 involves engaging parts 16 for engaging with the locking grooves 7 of the clamping rigid body 1. The engaging parts 16 involves engaging pieces and a pressing metal fitting 26, and obtain strong joining quality with easy joining with the clamping rigid body 1. The length of a hanger bar 15 is adjusted easily by a turn buckle 19.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a measurement optical system which can properly measure the wear of an overhead trolley line in a simplified type Shinkansen (Bullet Train) including a narrow tunnel. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a light projection system 72 for projecting a projection beam LT which is focused within a narrow width in the upper and lower directions and is from a sodium lamp light source 721, with a width corresponding to the displacement of a trolley line in the left and right directions at a proper incidence angle of theta for a measurement point (p) of a trolley line 2 and a light reception system 73 for receiving only a reflection light LR on a sliding surface at the measurement point (p) without causing the reflection light of an overhead line 1 and a ceiling of a tunnel to enter. The light projection direction of the projection beam LT and the light reception direction of the light reception system 73 are allowed to follow the direction of the measurement point (p) for the change in height of the trolley line 2 and also a control part 8 for adjusting the focal point of the light reception system 73 is provided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of providing an elevating means on a working vehicle and to enable elevation of the working vehicle in narrow space by providing a rotary elevating mechanism for supporting a truck so that the working vehicle can be freely elevated and lowered. CONSTITUTION:A rail running truck 1 is so constructed that the base 7 of an elevating mechanism 6 is placed on rails R. The truck 1 is supported at both end areas in the direction perpendicularly to the rails R by a support table S1, and a slope table S2 is placed and a driving wheel T1 of a working vehicle T is put on drums 21, 22. After that, the truck 1 is lifted up by a hydraulic cylinder 17 of an elevator 6 and turned to dispose a running wheel 3 on the rail R. Subsequently, the truck 1 is lowered by the hydraulic cylinder 17 to put the running wheel 3 on the rails R, and the base 7 is floated from the rails R to fix a bracket 9a of a square frame and a bracket 2a of a frame 2 to each other by a connecting piece. In such a condition, when the working vehicle T is driven, the driving force is transmitted to the running wheel 3 through a power transmission mechanism 20 so that the truck 1 runs on the rails R.
