    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a contact-force measuring apparatus by which a contact force can be measured with good accuracy, by a method wherein an impulse response function is computed on the basis of a frequency response function between the vibration of a current collector and the contact force, which is found by using an equivalent model, and the impulse response function and the vibration of the current collector are superposed and integrated. SOLUTION: By a computation or a vibration test by using an equivalent model, a frequency response function between the vibration of a current collector (a pantograph) and the contact force of the current collector with a feeder (a trolley wire) is found by a frequency-response-function computing part 25. On the basis of the frequency response function, an impulse response function is computed by an impulse- response-function computing and processing part 26 so as to be stored in an impulse- response-function storage part 27. Then, the vibration of the pantograph is measured by a sensor (a strain gage, a displacement meter, an accelerometer or the like), and it is converted into a digital signal so as to be stored in a vibration-waveform storage part 24. A superposing and integrating circuit 28 computes the contact force of the pantograph with the trolley wire on the basis of outputs from both storage parts 24, 27, and it is converted into an analog signal so as to be outputted. As a result, it is possible to observe the contact force of the pantograph with the trolley wire.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress a lift generated in a shoe body within a prescribed range by providing a rotating shaft of the shoe body in front of the position of the aerodynamic center of the shoe body and by providing a dashpot giving attenuation to the movement around the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A pantograph device 3 and a shoe body having an elliptic section are connected by a rotating shaft 7 of the shoe body and the rotating shaft 7 of the shoe body 1 is positioned in front of the aerodynamic center 8 of the shoe body 1. Moreover, the elasticity around the rotating shaft 7 of the shoe body 1 is given by a support spring 4, while the attenuation around the rotating shaft 7 of the shoe body 1 is given by a dashpot 5. Since generation of an excessive lift in the shoe body can be prevented, according to this constitution, a shoe body support mechanism of a current collector for a rolling stock which prevents generation of an excessive stress in a contact wire 6 even when a force of contact of the contact wire 6 with a contact strip 2 increases can be realized. Accordingly, no adverse effect is produced on, an electric overhead line either during the running.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a proper directional characteristic even in the case that sound can not be thought a plane wave.
      SOLUTION: A sound measurement analyzer gains directivity by overlapping the output of each microphone of a microphone array 12 arranged with a plurality of microphones approximately in linear. The analyzer has a BPF 22 filtering each of microphone outputs with a filter having a specific characteristic containing central frequency to be obtained, a correction processing part 24 correcting the amplitude and the phase of the filtered output based on relative position to the sound source of each microphone under the assumption that incident sound on microphones 14 is a spherical wave by considering the sound source to be a monopole point sound source having no directivity, and a waveform production part 26 obtaining an overlapped waveform.
