    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which can materialize high quality acoustic reproduction by mainly enhancing joining force of a drive cone and a diaphragm.
      SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus includes a vibrating body and a support which elastically supports the vibrating body. The vibrating body has a voice coil bobbin around which a voice coil is wound, the drive cone joined to the voice coil bobbin and the diaphragm joined to the drive cone. The diaphragm includes a pawl-like engagement part, the drive cone has a groove-like engaged part to be engaged with the engagement part, the drive cone and the diaphragm are connected with each other by engagement structure where the engagement part is mechanically engaged with the engaged part. Thus, the joining force between the drive cone and the diaphragm can be increased in comparison with a comparative example having structure of joining the drive cone and the diaphragm using adhesives. Consequently the diaphragm therefore is hard to separate from the drive cone, adhesive peeling as in the comparative example does not occur and the high quality acoustic reproduction is attained even in such a case that the diaphragm, etc. are vibrated with large amplitude.

      SOLUTION: The loudspeaker system with the coupler terminal 31 is provided with: a unit frame 7 for supporting a loudspeaker unit 5 as a fitting frame to the housing 24 of the apparatus or the like; and the coupler terminal 9 fixed to/equipped in the surface of the unit frame 7 as a fitting connection part of a coupler 17 from an external amplifier circuit, wherein the coupler terminal 9 is fixed to the unit frame 7 at a prescribed tilt angle so that the insertion/removal direction of the coupler 17 is obliquely backward to a loudspeaker center axial line 25.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system capable of mainly increasing a degree of freedom of design of acoustic characteristics.
      SOLUTION: The speaker system includes a vibration body having a diaphragm, a drive cone, and first and second edges, and a frame supporting the vibration body. Spaces are formed between respective elements of the vibration body. Air in the spaces functions as an air spring elastically supporting the vibration body. The frame has an opening portion which communicates with the spaces and the outside space and varies the equivalent compliance of the air spring present in the spaces. The equivalent compliance is varied by varying the size of the opening portion. Consequently, the capacity of the spaces can substantially be varied by suitably varying the size of the opening portion. The equivalent compliance can, therefore, be varied and the elastic force of the air spring present in the spaces can be varied. Consequently, acoustic characteristics can easily be varied to increase the degree of freedom of design of the acoustic characteristics.
