SOLUTION: A converter 13 supplies the control signal corresponding to the received light quantity to a controller 14. The controller 14 compares the signal with a preset value while reading the value of the supplied control signal and executes control so as to close a valve 4 which is the first supplying means in the case of coincidence. The amt. of the liquid material 2 to be filled into a glass tube from a valve 5 which is the second supplying means is so set as to be made larger than the discharge rate of the first time of the device by the preset value and the liquid level of the liquid material 2 is so set as to cross the light for irradiation from a laser irradiation section 11. As a result, the exact and stable discharge of the slight amt. of the liquid material 2 is made possible.

摘要： PURPOSE: To mold a thin foamed molded body which can be lightened in weight without damaging high rigidity and high internal loss. CONSTITUTION: Into a cavity formed by a movable mold 21 and a fixed mold 22 clamped by a pressure of about 75t, a resin mixed material obtained by adding a foaming agent in a PP (polypropylene) is injected from an injection device 40. After the charging of the resin mixed material is completed, the clamping pressure for the movable mold 21 and the fixed mold 22 is approximated to 0t so as to open the molds and foam the foaming agent, so that a conical shape having an average thickness, for example, of 0.5mm can be obtained. Thus, as a vibrating plate can be obtained by foaming of the foaming agent with the PP as a base, a specific gravity can be lowered, so that the plate can be lightened in weight without deteriorating the rigidity. That is, as a rigidity is proportional to a first power of a Young's modulus and a third power of a thickness, the rigidity can be heightened by lowering a specific gravity and increasing a thickness even when a material has a low Young's modulus. As a result, an adding quantity of a filler can be reduced, so that a material having high internal loss can be used.
