    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus capable of providing stable characteristic even in the case of high input.
      SOLUTION: An insulating layer is coated and formed by coating processing of a ceramic composition or a heat resistant resin composition and a conductive wire having a fusing layer on the surface is wound, thereby winding and forming a voice coil 520 on one end side outer circumferential surface of a coil bobbin 510 formed of a titanium alloy into a cylinder.       SOLUTION: A vibrating portion 12 includes the voice coil 6, a tubular voice coil bobbin 7, and a diaphragm 8. A magnetic circuit 4 includes an annular top plate 1, an annular magnet 2 bonded to a lower surface of the top plate 1 and magnetized in its vertical direction, and a yoke 30 to form an outer magnet type. The yoke 30 includes a bottom plate 30a and a center pole 30b which forms a magnetic gap G for generation of magnetic force, to drive the diaphragm 8 cooperating with the voice coil 6. The yoke 30 has a space B inside the magnetic circuit 4, surrounded by the lower surface of the top plate 1, an inner peripheral surface of the magnet 2, an outer peripheral surface of the center pole 30b, and an upper surface of the bottom plate 30a, and has a ventilating duct 31 to ventilate with an outside atmosphere of the magnetic circuit 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device capable of preventing abnormal sounds (sounding) from being released from a cap.
      SOLUTION: The speaker device is equipped with a vibration system including a voice coil bobbin, a diaphragm, an auxiliary cap, and a cap and a magnetic circuit system. In the configuration of the speaker device, the inner peripheral part of the diaphragm is mounted near the upper end of the outer peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin, the projection of the cap is inserted into an opening provided to the auxiliary cap, and the auxiliary cap is fixed to the cap. The projections of the cap are fixed to the corresponding recesses of the diaphragm, and the pawls of the cap are fixed to the projections and third flat part of the cap. The auxiliary cap is arranged at a position so as to cover the top surface of the voice coil bobbin, and the outer peripheral part of the auxiliary cap is fixed near the upper end of the outer peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin with an adhesive agent. By this configuration, when the speaker device is driven, the vibrating region (area) of the cap gets smaller, so that the cap can be prevented from releasing abnormal sounds (sounding).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which can materialize high quality acoustic reproduction by mainly enhancing joining force of a drive cone and a diaphragm.
      SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus includes a vibrating body and a support which elastically supports the vibrating body. The vibrating body has a voice coil bobbin around which a voice coil is wound, the drive cone joined to the voice coil bobbin and the diaphragm joined to the drive cone. The diaphragm includes a pawl-like engagement part, the drive cone has a groove-like engaged part to be engaged with the engagement part, the drive cone and the diaphragm are connected with each other by engagement structure where the engagement part is mechanically engaged with the engaged part. Thus, the joining force between the drive cone and the diaphragm can be increased in comparison with a comparative example having structure of joining the drive cone and the diaphragm using adhesives. Consequently the diaphragm therefore is hard to separate from the drive cone, adhesive peeling as in the comparative example does not occur and the high quality acoustic reproduction is attained even in such a case that the diaphragm, etc. are vibrated with large amplitude.
