    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin joint device capable of obtaining proper pull-out force with a simple structure, and a gas cutoff valve using the same. SOLUTION: The pin joint device includes a first shaft (11), which has a groove (11b) formed in the vicinity of the chip over the whole periphery and mounted with an O-ring (14) and a first pin insertion hole (11a) formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction and formed with a part of the O-ring (14) at a position where the part is exposed in its inside, a second shaft (12), which has a shaft hole (12a) axially formed at the chip and inserted with the first shaft (11) and a second pin insertion hole (12b) formed in a direction orthogonal to the shaft hole (12a), and a pin (13) being a pin (13) inserted into the first/second pin insertion holes (11a, 12b) so as to connect the first/second shafts (11, 12) to each other and having a groove (13b) formed over the whole periphery so as to be partially fitted with the O-ring (14) when connecting the first/second shafts to each other.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in opening and closing a valve by manually operating a driven shaft of a shutoff valve of a valve element part, in the gas shutoff valve including the valve element part and the valve drive part.
      SOLUTION: The valve drive part 2 is attached to the valve element part 1 only by a box shape lower case part 2A of the valve drive part 2. A valve driving motor 5 is stored in the lower case part 2A, and a main shaft 51, a pinion 61, a gear 62 and a drive shaft 7 are connected to the same. The drive shaft 7 of an upper case part 2B of the valve drive part 2 is kept in parallel with the lower case part 2A and is projected to the valve element part 1 side. The driven shaft 41 and the drive shaft of the ball valve 4 at the valve element part 1 side are connected by a connection pin 8. The driven shaft 41 is rotated by applying a spanner on a spanner apply part 41a of the driven shaft 41 under a condition where the connection pin 8 is pulled off. Rotation angle of the spanner is expanded so as to make a grip of the spanner abut only on the lower case part 2A. Operation is simplified by a structure requiring only removal of the connection pin 8 for manual operation.

      SOLUTION: This cut-off valve comprises a main valve 6 opening and closing a main valve port 8, an auxiliary valve 13 driven by an electromagnetic solenoid and opening and closing an auxiliary valve port 7 passed through the main valve 6, an acting member 12 projectedly installed on the auxiliary valve 13, passed through the main valve 6, and interlocked with the auxiliary valve 13, and a locking member 12c installed at the end part of the acting member 12 so as to be positioned on the opposite side of the auxiliary valve 13 through the main valve 6, locked to the main valve 6 when the auxiliary valve 13 is moved by a specified amount in a direction for moving apart from the main valve 6, and moving the main valve in a direction for opening the main valve port 5 according to the movement of the auxiliary valve 13. The acting member 12 comprises a shaft member 12a passed through the auxiliary valve port 7 and a plurality of reinforced walls 12 extending from the shaft member 12a to the inside wall of the auxiliary valve port 7.
