The driven shaft 41 and the drive shaft of the ball valve 4 at the valve element part 1 side are connected by a connection pin 8. The driven shaft 41 is rotated by applying a spanner on a spanner apply part 41a of the driven shaft 41 under a condition where the connection pin 8 is pulled off. Rotation angle of the spanner is expanded so as to make a grip of the spanner abut only on the lower case part 2A. Operation is simplified by a structure requiring only removal of the connection pin 8 for manual operation.
