    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a fluid control valve using a motor having a different output torque.
      SOLUTION: The motor 28 is structured of a stator 14 having a coil 15, a rotor 16 to be rotated by excitation of the electrified coil 15, a rotary shaft 18 of the rotor 16, a first bearing 19 provided in one end of the rotary shaft 18 and a second bearing 22 provided in the other end of the rotary shaft and made of a different material from the first bearing 19. The rotary shaft 18 of the motor 28 is provided with converting means 34 and 42 for converting rotation to linear motion and a rotation preventing means 37 for regulating a valve element 33 not to be rotated when the rotor 16 is rotated, and the valve element 33 is provided through the converting means 33 and 34, and a valve rubber 40 is fitted with an interval between the valve element 33. Output can be selectively used as the force for opening the valve element 33 by using the motor 28 as a driving means for an opening/closing valve.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve having a hardly broken mechanism for fixing a stator to a flange in use over a long period of time and having high airtight reliability and action reliability in which leakage of a gas does not occur even if it is destroyed by any chance in the shut-off valve in which a rotation drive mechanism used for a micro-computer meter is used as a power source and a motion part and a fixed part are made airtight.
      SOLUTION: Since a mechanism for fixing the stator 46 to a mounting plate 57 is made to a support frame 59 and the support frame 59 and a fitting part 57c are formed at the outside more than a sealing surface 57e of the mounting plate 57, the fitting part 57c completely exists at an atmosphere chamber side and is hardly destroyed. Even if it is destroyed by any chance, the shut-off valve having high airtight reliability in which leakage of the gas does not occur can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve capable of simultaneously realizing a high reliability of airtight and economization due to a simple construction.
      SOLUTION: The shut off valve becomes so smooth that the bottom part 11a of the thrust surface of a stator 18 is approximately embedded by a protuberance 15 of a bobbin 14 by providing the protuberance 15 on the bobbin 14. The shut-off valve can securely enclose inside and outside between a flange 20 and a bulkhead 19 by uniformly pressing an elastic sealant 21 against the flange 20 at the thrust surface of the stator 18.
