    • PURPOSE:To eliminate problems such as decrease of decarburizing speed, the oxidation of a metal or the like, in a decarburizing process by blowing O2-gas and dilution gas into molten steel, by specifying the blow-in condition of the aforementioned both gases in three regions due to the C-content in the molten steel. CONSTITUTION:In a decarburizing process by blowing protective gas and a gaseous mixture of O2-gas and dilution gas into molten steel from the outer and the inner pipes of a double pipe tuyere, the C-content in the molten steel divided into three regions, that is, a region of up to 0.7%, a region to 0.05-0.25% from 0.7% and a region to up to a final C-value from 0.25-0.05%. In this state only the O2-gas, a gaseous mixture continuously changed in the ratio of the O2-gas and the dilution gas corresponding to the C-content and only the dilution gas are successively and respectively blown into the molten steel in these regions from the inner pipe. By this method, the conservation of a required reducing agent, shortening of a reduction time, prevention of the molten loss of a refractory material and enhancing effect of refining efficiency are obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the refining efficiency of Cr steel owing to a considerable reduction in a reduction desulfurization period by adding more than half of a slag making agent to the steel in the final period of decarburization, adding the remaining agent and a reducing agent upon ending of the decarburization, blowing an inert gas to the steel and tapping the steel within a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:>=50% Slag making agent is dividedly charged to Cr steel in the final period of decarburization, i.e. the 4th period shown in the figure in decarburization and reduction refining of said steel. The remaining slag making agent and a reducing agent are added upon ending of the decarburization, and an inert gas is blown. The slag making agent charged in the 4th period is dried and dehydrated by the heat of the molten steel. The reducing agent and the remaining slag making agent the added upon ending of the decarburization and the steel is tapped. The tapping is accomplished within 3min and the problem that may arise in the hydrogen remaining in the molten steel after tapping is eliminated by the above-mentioned dehydration treatment.     • 目的:为了提高Cr钢的精炼效率,由于在脱碳最后期间通过在钢中加入一半以上的造渣剂,减少脱硫时间大大减少,在剩余的试剂和还原剂终止后加入 脱碳,向钢中吹入惰性气体,并在规定的时间内对钢进行攻丝。 构成:> = 50%在脱碳的最后期间,即所述钢的脱碳和还原精炼中,图4所示的第4期,将渣渣制剂分批装入Cr钢。 在脱碳结束时加入剩余的造渣剂和还原剂,吹入惰性气体。 在第四期间装入的造渣剂通过钢水的热量干燥脱水。 还原剂和剩余的造渣剂在脱碳结束时加入,并且钢被敲击。 攻丝在3分钟内完成,并且通过上述脱水处理消除了在攻丝之后留在钢水中的氢气中可能出现的问题。 脱碳结束时的渣碱度与Cr的收率之间的关系如图所示,当碱度保持在<= 5时,Cr的回收率稳定在高水平。

    • PURPOSE:To favorably bring the discharging flow of molten metal into contact with mold powder and to reduce the wave on the surface of molten metal by arranging the discharging hole at both side faces near the closed bottom part of submerged nozzle and constructing the discharging hole by the specific shape. CONSTITUTION:The discharging hole 7 for the molten metal is arranged at both side faces near the closing bottom part 4 of submerged nozzle 1 for continuous casting and the molten metal is poured into a mold 10 through a hole 7. The upper face 8 of this hole 7 is inclined to upward toward outer side and the lower face 9 is horizontally or inclined to upward toward outer side, and in case of using theta1 for angle of the upper face 8 to the horizontal direction and theta2 for angle of the lower face 9 to the horizontal direction, the discharging hole is provided under conditions that theta1 is larger than theta3 and height D at the outside is larger than height (d) at the inside for the hole 7. Further, hole area S0 at the outside is to provide to larger than hole area S1 at the inside fo. the discharging hole 7 and a widened angle theta3 in the hole 7 is provided.
